Anthony was awesome!!! Very punctual, very polite and friendly. Anthony was very technically informed and was able to trace the wiring back to the source of the faulty part. Anthony had the part on hand and had it fixed in good time and things buttoned up. Express Tech was the second company we called. The other company couldn't find the problem and still billed me for full hours. read more

We were stuck in Thermal, Ca when our slide would not go back in our toy hauler. We called many places and everyone was booked or unavailable. We live 100 miles away and did not know how we were going to get home. AAA would not tow with the slide out. Finally called Express Tech RV Repair specialist and Rudy was the tech that came out to help. He was heaven sent!!! The gears were seized and he fixed it and had us back on the road. I will definitely always have their number in my phone and highly recommend. Thank you Rudy for being so helpful and efficient. read more

Express Tech - Rudy was able to get our stuck slide back into the toy hauler and get us back on the road. - RV Repair Near Me - Palm Springs, California

I had the Express Tech team out a couple years ago for a small service when I first bought my trailer. Clayton and the service tech were wonderful. I called them again recently and Clayton was the same person I spoke to on the phone before. He is wonderful to speak to and very knowledgeable. Anthony the service tech came out and help me diagnose my issues. Later that evening the owner Jerry called me to thank me for the business. That meant a lot. I am excited to have them back out to do the work. Thank you. read more

Our AC on our airstream took a dump right at the peak of June and July heat. Clayton, Anthony and Rudy were so amazing and saved us from going from Airstream to air fryer. They were friendly, not intimidating and fast. Standing on a silver metal roof during 115° heat would make anyone cranky, but these guys were professional as it gets. Would absolutely recommend them 10x over and happy to have go to people for future rv needs. read more

From my initial call to the final turn of the wrench Express Tech was as good as their word. Clayton was absolutely the most considerate service person I have worked with in several years. He continually kept our schedule in mind and helped expedite the service and parts we needed. We were limited to a 3 week window of time and the repair, including ordering parts, only took 2 weeks. Anthony, our tech who did the repair, was great! I kept asking if he needed me to do anything, but he never did. Plus he is very easy going and explained what he was doing along the way. I would come back to the area just to get their help. I highly recommend them for your RV repairs. read more

Express Tech - One of our cats was very curious about Anthony. - RV Repair Near Me - Palm Springs, California

Tech came out to look at my awning. He spent 10 minutes looking and measuring and then they promptly charged me $300 for the trip charge and determining what I needed. After calling them with no answer about where we were at in this I received an estimate from them for over $2,000. They said they had to replace both arms and needed 2 techs for install (I found a pair of arms for $799 + shipping) and a new motor was included in the repairs. I do not need a new motor,,,only a new arm! read more

The left front leveler snapped while retracting. I called numerous RV repair services in the greater Palm Springs area and could not get anyone to either call me back or if they did, I was told that they could not help. That all changed when I called Jerry at The Express Tech! Jerry sent one of his best Technicians out to the RV park where I was staying and once diagnosed we started looking for a part. The leveler company was no longer in business so we could only search for used parts. I found a part in Kentucky and the Express Tech technician, Jackson, returned to fix the problem. The motor on the used leveler I purchased was bad - go figure! Not a problem for Jackson! He changed out the motors and in about 90 minutes my leveling system was working again. The courteous and efficient service that I received from both the business owner and his mechanic, Jackson, was greatly appreciated! This kind of treatment is (sadly) difficult to find these days! The best form of advertising is word of mouth and I will be blabbing to everyone. Don't hesitate to give them a call, you wont be disappointed! read more

We were traveling and needed immediate assistance. Their call center was professional and took down all of our information, stating that a tech would call us back "shortly". We waited in Home Depot parking lot for a couple of hours...no call. We called a 2nd time, and again gave all of our relevant information to the dispatcher who confirmed that techs were indeed working (it was Saturday), and that our request would be put through a 2nd time and marked "urgent". No. One. Ever. Called. This lack of common courtesy made a bad situation so much worse. read more

Took a couple of trips to fix the issue but got it going and working now. The bill was a lot higher than expected. $95 trip charge for the first visit (but not the second). Anthony was very knowledgable. read more

We had Express Tech in to do work on our unit. The work done by the tech was completely unsatisfactory. We had to hire someone else to fix the tech's mistakes. Jerry agreed to refund our money but never did it. We have tried phoning and have left SEVERAL messages with no response. We also contacted his recommended agent, Mike, again with no response. We have contacted our bank and Visa, but they say Jerry has to do what he said he would do. He says he cares about his customers, but we have seen zero evidence of that. Very unprofessional behavior. A completely unsatisfactory experience!! I wish I could give a zero to this business and its owner. read more

Our American Eagle's water pump took a dump at the beginning of a road trip. Called Clayton at Express Tech. He sent out Anthony who replaced our water pump. It was reasonable, the staff were professional, helpful, etc. I'd give Clayton & Anthony a 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you !!! Highly recommend!!! read more

I had a slide out that wouldn't go in all the way. Called Express Tech and they came to my house to repair it. After disassembling it they found the problem and had to order the parts. The owner Jerry kept me informed and as soon as the parts came in he called to schedule a time to finish the job. Raymond (the tech) replaced the broken parts and aligned the slide out. It now works better than it did when it was new!! I highly recommend you call Express Tech if you need a RV repairman!! read more

We were having a plumbing leak in our coach and needed immediate service. Half the outfits we called never called back. Express tech called us back in two hours and had a tech there in four. Carlos the tech was quick and professional and fixed our leak the first time. It was such a relief to find good help. Will definitely use them again. read more

I understand that most repair places are backed up right now. I also never do reviews. This is a first for me. I bought a new used RV. The bed tilt function will not work and basically makes it to where we can't use the bed at this point. I called this company and made an appointment with them. They were booked out 3-4 weeks which was ok because we were going to be in the area for about 4 weeks before we needed to leave for Arizona with the motorhome. They called this morning 3 hours before our appointment and said they had to cancel because one of their techs had a personal problem or family emergency and that they were not even sure he would come back to work. They said they are now booked out to May and made no effort to get me back on the schedule before we leave town. It is now too late to get anyone else in the area to come out. Had I known they were going to do this I would have never wasted the last 3 weeks waiting for them. Would not recommend them at this point. read more

I can't thank these guys enough! We bought an RV, complete novices! Problems with the AC. And they came to our home that we had just sold and was closing in about a week, we were completely freaked out, but when the guys showed up we were able to take a breath. We did need a new AC unit, they found one for us and installed .. we were completely satisfied with the service and have the highest regard for Express Tech, and ever thankful. We have been motoring around the western US, and this time of year when AC is a must, this unit is humming like a champion. Thanks guys!!! read more

Although there was a very nice person working in the office, the tech who came to work on my RV yelled at me that only he was right because he had a patch on his uniform, charged me $299 for 35 minutes, then double charged me again with a second invoice, and didn't perform any work. I was very disappointed with them. read more

Fantastic work and tremendous communication. Highly recommend this company for RV repair.

Had problems with solar panel in my motor home and suspected house batteries were the problem as they were about 5 years old. Called Express Tech and talked with Clayton who sent out a tech in 48 hours to diagnose the issue. House Batteries were replaced which is no easy task, Ray the tech discovered they were installed wrong and also discovered and replaced a melted fuse to the engine battery. Ray was courteous, very knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Highly recommend this company! read more

I purchased a 13 year old travel trailer to live in for 9 months after the sale of my house while my new home is being built. On the day it was delivered to Desert Hot Springs at the end of June, I discovered that the thermostat which controls the AC Unit was broken, which made staying in the RV impossible at this time of the year. I found Express Tech in an online search and boy did they live up to there name. Rudy arrived the next morning and was able to fix the thermostat, even though it was so old they no longer make them, which saved me a lot of money. Fast forward 6 weeks and the AC Unit, itself, has finally succumbed to the non-stop triple digit heat wave. Once again, Express Tech to the rescue with Anthony arriving the next day to diagnose the problem and keep the unit running while he ordered an express replacement. The staff at Express Tech are professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about RV AC Units, and able to answer virtually any question you may have about your AC unit. But most important, they are prompt, understand the urgency of your situation, and treat it as if it were there own. Clayton, the office manager returns calls right away and always follows up as promised with any information, pricing or updates. When it's 121 degrees and your AC unit goes out it can cause some anxiety, but knowing there is a company who understands your concerns and is committed to restoring your comfort and safety as soon as possible, is a real relief. read more

Had Express Tech out to make several repairs on our class A diesel pusher. Since we are full-timers, it's so much easier to have someone come out to the coach rather than taking it in for repairs. Our call was returned promptly and service scheduled right away. The tech came out right on time and was probably the most courteous, efficient and thorough person to ever work on our coach (which is 5 years old and has had a number of repairs). We had 3 repairs that needed to be made. He was able to make the first 2 and ordered parts for the third. We were called when the parts came in and the tech was able to come out the same day to finish the repairs. Pricing was competitive (anyone who says otherwise hasn't had repairs recently!) and everything worked perfectly after the repairs were make. If we ever need repairs again while we are in this part of the country, we'll be sure to have Express Tech back again. In fact, if something breaks that can wait till our winter trip out here, we'll just wait and have Express Tech make the repairs! Can't recommend these guys highly enough! read more

From start to finish I received 5 star treatment from the owner down to the technician, Mike Graciano. He was knowledgeable, competent, and courteous. Not a happy camper here in PS. Supposed to be reliable! if you have a job and the owner/manger says the employee will be there at 9, and it's a four hour job, they batter be there. 9 came and went and now the head honcho is saying the arrival time was between 8-11. Not fair at $150.00 an hour and very possibly the generator didn't even need to be repared according to another tech. The second tech says that if the generator " turned over" then all we needed to do was wait for the gas to get to the device. so i have probably spent $2000.00 to repair nothing read more

I Jesse Tallon called Express Tech to have the inspect my A.C. in my R.V.. They are fast and reliable great service. They sent out a tech to look at my A.C. unit. That was not working. Express tech was asked to fix water pump and electrical outlets. He fixed water pump. He then disconnected our tv cable system and hooked it up no non working cable outlets. Raymond saved the day and maybe my coach. Faced with the threat of 70mph winds in less than 24 hours and a torn power awning, it would have been a perfect storm to rip the mechanical arms right off my coach. Raymond was only a phone call away. I called Express Tech at the last minute to get the old one down and the mechanics folded back in place. Raymond arrived within 45 minutes and got the job done. Think Express Tech is a great idea and I heartily endorse them and I won't hesitate to call them again when I have a problem. read more

I got the card for Express Tech from a neighbor and forwarded it to the manager at Sparkling Waters mobile home and RV Park to come out and do an evaluation after my fifth wheel and my neighbors RV were both trashed by faulty pedestals as Sparkling Waters. The text is here and lied and said that the pedestals were fine that there had never been a power surge and that everything wrong with our trailers was pre-existing which was a flat out lie. Then refuse to write anything up or give us a copy of what his evaluation was so that we would have it for our information and our records. Gave a copy to the park manager which has continued to lie to us for the last 5 months that they were going to fix our damage and now it's turning into a lawsuit to get our repairs done. The service guy from Express Tech even told my neighbor that he couldn't tell either one of us anything that was wrong with our trailers and was told by the park manager to make sure he wrote everything up to where it wasn't parked fault after we've been dealing with this problem for 6 months and have had numerous people out here to check pedestals to try to avoid taking responsibility for the Damage Done to our trailers and doing our repairs which is covered under their insurance. Instead they would rather screw over to disabled seniors that are now sitting here with an RV with no air conditioning and a fifth wheel with only half the air conditioning all of the fault of Sparkling Waters electrical problems on 1st Street and come to find out throughout the whole park. avoid both at all costs read more

We were trying to start on a cross country trip when we got alarms indicating low voltage an a possible stabilizer problem. Vance Smith of Express Tech saved our trip by isolating and fixing the problem. He checked all our battery levels and tested the stabilizer system several times after repairing a bad ground. I'm a go to guy when it comes to getting things done around the motorhome I have a couple of people a week asking to have work done on there RV They ask where can I go to have such and such repaired. I can not recommend these guys because they are extremely expensive. The first job they came out and a fan needed to be replace on a roof air Cond unit They have to order it and come back out to replace the failed unit. The Tech came out to install the unit and broke it while installing the fan. They had to order another one But the Tech wanted to be paid The customer refused unit the unit was repaired. They came out a couple of weeks later and repaired it They Charged the customer $900 for the repair job. I know the owner is a numbers guy. Express tech came outside of their normal boundaries to diagnose the problem with my RV refrigerator. My rv was at a dog show nearer to San Diego, but no other mobile provider would dispatch a tech. The Express tech called when he arrived and quickly set about determining that a low voltage wire between the breaker box and the fuses was bad. He traced it from the back of the refrigerator to the breaker box, no small task. The tech tied in to a spare wire in the breaker box to restore power and save the food in the refrigerator The owner followed up after the tech had left to determine I was satisfied with the work. I obtained several business cards and gave them out to my associates, since there are multiple dog shows in their service territory Thank you Express Tech! read more

Express Tech was called out to fix a leak in the shower pan of my new motorhome. Tech arrived when scheduled and performed a check to the shower pan and surrounding areas, then applied sealer. Tech was clean and neat, observed covid protocols, and apparently fixed problem. Next day we had moved on to another RV location hundreds of miles away. Next shower resulted in similar problem. Called the owner for a refund. After some negociation we settled to split the bill. Owner was easy to deal with, and offered to fix problem if we were still in the area at no cost. He also offered a credit for the full amount of bill if we were in the area again. In the end I felt I had dealt with a quality business. read more

I needed a preventative repair of the large living room slide of my motorhome as well as repair an issue with the sidewall of the same slide. I made an appointment and Raymond arrived on time and got to work. We was knowledgable and efficient. The repair looked like factory when he was done. When he finished that task I asked him to look at my door which wouldn't latch and check my other slides (my motorhome is new to me). He quickly fixed the door (I thought I would need parts but wasn't necessary). Then he noticed a problem with one of the bedroom slides. He came out the following week and had the slide fixed and adjusted in just a few hours. Once again the final product looks like it came that way from the factory. Then he found a blown chassis fuse in just a few minutes, which would have taken my MUCH longer to locate. We did have a misunderstanding about how the second estimate/invoice was structured, but it was resolved to my satisfaction. This company is not inexpensive to hire, but there is significant value considering their quality of work; this is important for me since I am rather picky. I would highly recommend them. read more
