Friendly People, Great Service We saw the truck for All RV going thru the drive-thru at a local restaurant. We were having trouble with our air conditioning and definitely needed some help, as the temps were in the 90"s that week. I walked over and talked to the owner, who let me know they were super busy, but he could probably come over the next day to check it out. As promised, Freddy and his team called the next day to let me know they were coming, diagnosed the issue, and said he'd order the necessary parts to get it fixed. He called once the parts came in and set up a time to install the next day. He arrived, on time, installed the new parts, showed me the failed old parts, tested the units and let me know what to do if I had any issues with the A/C from that point on. I called about 6 different locations to get a suspension kit I purchased installed on my fifth wheel due to sagging leaf springs. Most were flakes and no shows and then I called Freddy last minute to see if he could do it. We scheduled for Saturday and he arrived on time and spent 6 hours doing the install. It took longer than expected because my fifth wheel had different leaf springs than the kit was designed for and we had to modify the installation as a result. During the install Freddy discovered that one of my axel bearings was not done correctly at the last dealer. He patched it but called me back the next day concerned that it may fail if not done correctly and coordinated to have me meet him at a local dealer with the parts to fix it correctly. I am convinced no other person would have taken the time to help me in that manner. Freddy truly cares about doing everything right. I asked Freddy about a couple previous complaints and he told me he had one bad employee that was fired in the past. Freddy is the owner and told me he had done this work for 20 years. I am sure from my experience that he is trustworthy and those complaints don't apply to him. I highly recommend All RV Service if you want things done right. Company steals property on multiple occasions from RV parks. Have video proof. Owner was aware that service people were stealing on video. No action was taken to fix the issue. If you hire this company be aware and lock up belongings - personal belongings, bikes, motorcycles, cars. If belongings are locked and secure - service people are cutting locks and stealing belongings. Do not let them roam the area without strict supervision. read more
