Our trailer broke, an equalizer shackle broke between the front and rear leaf spring. We were traveling from Ocotillo wells and discovered the problem when we stopped to eat. We found MR.RV on yelp. He was so nice and polite and funny. Just a hard working guy. We recommend him if you need a repair. Thankful we found him, we are not from the area.

Wow! What a great place! I had a bad experience with a local mobile RV mechanic trying to repair my hot water heater on my class C motorhome. I needed it fixed quickly. I called Benlo's/Mr. RV Works and even though they were booked solid for the next couple of weeks, Jessica got me in without an appointment. The motorhome was repaired quickly and at a very reasonable cost. My experience with Benlo's/Mr. RV Works was fantastic. I am very happy the company is local and I look forward to working with Benlo's/Mr RV Works again in the future.

This place is amazing! We were stuck on the side of the road in the heat for 4 hours and they referred us to a great tow company (Plaza Towing) to get us to them. They stayed open late and went out of their way to help us and our 3 dogs, replaced our bearings, fixed our broken brakes and hub and even loaned us one of their personal cars to take a tire to get replaced. Got us back on the road in no time!! Highly recommend this family owned business.

Had to get a tow from the salton sea and this shop had really good reviews.

Do they install tow hitches for Toyota Corolla sedans? I need it for a bike rack.

Unfortunately we do not install hitches on cars. Only trucks and SUV'S.

Do they install wiring harness / base plates for a blue ox tow bar?

Yes we do. We simply need your year, make and model of the vehicle.

The first trip…read morein November was for oil change (both engine and generator), lube and transmission service. While the coach was there, they found several air leaks in our brake system and a small leak in our coolant recovery reservoir. We have an extended warranty which would have covered the coolant recovery reservoir but because how it was presented to our EWC, they denied the claim. Cost us $1,355.00 out of pocket. I understand that dealing with EWCs can be a challenge so I blame TT&RV somewhat. Happy that they found the air leaks which they fixed at a reasonable price. We just got our coach back from them earlier this week. We had several minor issues that needed to be addressed including one of our roof air conditioning units wasn't working correctly. I also had a question about how to fill the fresh water tank in our unit The cost of the air conditioner unit itself was covered 100% by our EWC. The problem was with the amount of labor that TT&RV was charging. TT&RV charged 2 hours of labor to diagnose the problem, then an additional 5 hours to install it. 7 hours total for what should have been 2 1/2 or 3 hours total. That's a lot of money at $190.00/hour. I checked with the EWC and they said they paid the industry standard of 2 1/2 hours. We ate the difference. During the same visit, I had asked how to fill our fresh water tank (I knew that I could fill it directly into the tank but I wondered if I could fill it using the city water connection. They had originally quoted me 1 hour of labor ($180.00) to check it out. When I got the invoice, It was 3 hours ($540.00). When I questioned Shawn, he said that the technician that did the work had to "trace" all of the lines and that is what took so long. There is ONLY 1 line that goes from the water tank to the water pump. It is absolutely ridiculous that something as simple as that should take 3 hours to complete. The bottom line is that we have spent over 10K with these guys over the last 6 months and we think we have been overcharge. We will not be back!

We had to drive to Colorado in three days. After two phone calls and various texts, the guy I spoke to assured me he would be here in the morning, no later than Noon, with two new batteries. He quoted $385 EACH for two Interstate 3-year warranty batteries, plus $150 travel time. We had no way to get anywhere to buy some batteries, so I reluctantly agreed. By 3:00pm the next day, still no word. With our schedule, I needed to know if he was coming or not. I never got an answer. I'm glad he never showed up. I was eventually able to get the truck charged up overnight, and made it to Costco in Indio. I bought two 3-year warranty Interstate batteries for the less than $250 (TOTAL), and replaced them in the parking lot. I'm very grateful we were not stranded on the side of the road waiting for Anthony's. If you're going to overextend yourself, at least be honest with your potential customers about your availability. Or, have the common courtesy to communicate effectively and just say no. Best wishes to anyone in an actual emergency situation.

Instead of solving anything, Travis abandoned my truck at my remote home in the desert--with zero communication about when (or if) he planned to return. I was literally left stranded with no transportation and no clue what was going on. This is not just bad service--it's borderline negligence. When I finally had my truck towed to a proper mechanic, they fixed the actual issue in no time. Meanwhile, Travis refused to refund a single cent for the COMPLETELY INCORRECT and UNNECESSARY "WORK" he charged me for. Had I trusted his guesswork, I'd probably still be throwing money into unnecessary parts while my truck sat useless. To be clear: BRASS KNUCKLES MOBILE MECHANIC cost me time, money, and peace of mind. He misdiagnosed the issue, charged me for it, ditched me in the middle of nowhere, and ghosted me afterward.
