The online portion of my experience gets a solid zero stars. My online order was not sent to the store. I received the email with the information, but the store apparently didn't I ordered a battery online. I chose to pay in-store and received the order number and cost in an email, along with the store information. I hadn't heard anything and called the store, who didn't have record of the order. I went to the store with the order number and a very helpful guy, named Angel, started looking. While he was looking, I found the battery I needed on the shelf. When I went back to the counter, Angel had gotten help from his boss. As soon as I said I had the order as a pay in-store, he replied "oh that's why we don't have it." And walked away, leaving me with Angel. The store had great parking, but could use some friendliness training.

When I called to tell the store about it and ask for my money back, telling them it was a very scary experience the employee was extremely dismissive and acted like I was overreacting to have melted plastic all over and smoke still coming from the car's engine.
