In July we had a bed cover installed on our new truck. Took it back in November, one of the rubber seals was short, leaked when it rained. Lowell tried to pull it over, it didn't stay. Called and talked to them, never got an answer. Went by in December, they once again tried to pull it over with pliers and damaged the edge. They gave me the number of the manufacturer and told me to go direct, they couldn't help. I called the number, took all of 5 minutes for them to tell me what to send email them, it was covered under the warranty. I emailed them, took another 5 minutes for them to respond and let me know they were sending a replacement cover. WHY COULDN'T VESSCO TAKE 15 MINUTES AND SOLVE MY ISSUE!?!?! The manufacturer didn't understand that either. Got my new cover and installed it ourselves. Spent $3,000 with them and they couldn't handle a warranty issue?? Never will go there again. read more

Ordered Bushwacker fender flares from Vessco and had them installed. Lowell and his team did a perfect install! Took them about an hour and a half. The price for the flares and install was less than many advertised online prices for just the flares. These guys know how to keep customers. 3 words best describe my issue with this shop. BAIT AND SWITCH. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I picked up my car after was told another price. I realized this overpayment when I got back home. I called and left a message, no return call. I called back and spoke w/ the angry owner who said I was wrong in what he told me to begin with was the pricing and proceeded to yell at me and told me to "shut up" on the phone. Pretty much the opposite of what I would expect as a customer. He told me he would tell me that in person if I wanted to come down to his shop, which felt a bit like a threat, and then he hung up on me. This over a grand total difference of a whopping $36 bucks. What a stupid customer service decision they made. Do not do business with these people. I repeat DO NOT do business with VESSCO. read more

Had a small problem with the keys to my camper shell one key was suppose to open all three doors that wasn't the case half the keys did and half didn't went back to the store 4 times still not resolved owner actually got mad when i insisted he order the proper keys $2950.00 camper shell probably $6.00 keys really? I bought a new Ford Ranger. I needed to sift through all the noise in deciding which bed cover to get. I also needed a trailer hitch. I know nothing about this stuff. Google searches only offered me massively confusing choices. I finally just looked for a local dealer and drove over there. I wasn't expecting what happened. I met Lowell. He really cut through all the haze I had found on the Net and explained my basic choices. It was such a relief to really be able to trust his recommendations. This morning I dropped off my truck and his associate gave me a ride to my own store. I came back this afternoon and was SO HAPPY with the bed rug, cover and hitch that Lowell installed. I not only realized rather quickly that I could trust Lowell...By the time I picked up my truck today, I really liked Lowell and his wife. Good people.
