Had my Van stored at an RV Park nearby where he had permission to work on the van. They called me a few days later and asked me to pay by Western Union....They would not accept Any credit cards, even though they are clearly advertised on their truck. Would also not accept a personal check. I brought a cashiers check with the name of the business printed on the check.....He refused that also.....only wanted cash. He moved my van to Smitties RV repair shop.....basically a junk yard. Would not bring my van back to the RV a park without a cash Payment. Did not save the parts as requested. Friendly People, Great Service…read more We saw the truck for All RV going thru the drive-thru at a local restaurant. We were having trouble with our air conditioning and definitely needed some help, as the temps were in the 90"s that week. I walked over and talked to the owner, who let me know they were super busy, but he could probably come over the next day to check it out. As promised, Freddy and his team called the next day to let me know they were coming, diagnosed the issue, and said he'd order the necessary parts to get it fixed. He called once the parts came in and set up a time to install the next day. He arrived, on time, installed the new parts, showed me the failed old parts, tested the units and let me know what to do if I had any issues with the A/C from that point on. During the entire contact Freddy and his group were friendly, on time and extremely helpful. Love that it's a family business, and appreciate that he's a proud vet. Great people, great service.
