I walked outside to my garage this morning and found the mass amount of water all over the place…read more My first thought that maybe it was the sprinklers hitting the garage and flooding the garage that way. But after pulling some items while out I was cleaning my garage I noticed another puddle that was forming. They seem to be coming from the water softener system for the house. The company that installed it was out of business...I Could not find the owner of the company. His phone numbers were disconnected so I called the Aaron the plumber. Aaron was available by phone. He immediately answered his phone today on Veterans Day. He said he could come over sometime today and disconnect it so it wouldn't leak anymore. Aaron showed up timely and did the job. He Removed the water softening system and fixed the pipes so they would be closed off and working properly. He's very courteous, attentive, professional and knows what he's doing and he's reasonably priced. Oh I forgot to mention that he also replumbed my bathroom shower when I remodeled my bathroom. For their part, Cavanaugh was great and very sympathtic to our plight. They even ended up going down and picking up the unit themselves. Being that we live in the desert and were without AC in our bedrooms for eleven (11) weeks in the middle of the summer, we were not in the best of moods and vented many times to Cavanaugh during this long process, even though none it the issues were their fault.
