She offered a free panel cleaning, which she set up internally and had their team come out this past Friday without issue. Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.

After paying our final balance in full, our system remains completely offline and unlinked in the utility portal, leaving us stranded without solar production and missing out on the investment we paid for. ​Despite multiple follow-ups and emails, management and project coordinators have gone completely dark, failing to provide basic accountability, coordinate our Permission to Operate (PTO) with Southern California Edison, or clear final inspection hurdles. Being left completely hamstrung as the homeowner with zero support from our licensed contractor is unacceptable. If you are considering OC Solar for your home, look elsewhere--they take your money and disappear when it's time to actually finish the job.
