I actually reached out to a different electrical contractor and Yelp asked if I'd like to get competitive bids, so I said why not. (I still haven't received a message from the original contractor I messaged by the way) I needed a new 220v line ran for one of my customers that we are doing an HVAC system replacement for. Quality first was the first to respond to my request and Larry called me within minutes after he sent me a message. I love prompt responses as I try to do the same in my own business for my customers. I let Larry know the urgency of my request and he was able to fit perfectly with our own installation schedule. We contacted Larry thru Yelp and he came out the SAME DAY! He fixed the problem with our circuit breakers in no time flat and was extremely friendly and efficient. First impressions are everything, and I was impressed from minute one. I reached out requesting a quote on a holiday and Larry responded immediately. I needed all of my smoke detectors replaced as they were hardwired. We made an appointment and he came out. Larry was friendly and professional. The first thing I noticed when they came in to do the work is that they wear shoe covers inside your home! I didn't have to go and buy the smoke detectors. Larry came prepared with them. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to return to add a ceiling fan. Once again shoe covers and he cleans up after his work. My ceiling fan would not change speeds & the light wasn't working I called the electrical yelp recommended and within 1 minute after request was posted Larry called me back. Said he would be out today and call me before he came. He and his assistant were very professional and friendly. When the fan to repair was more than a new fan he asked me look up on Lowes.com and pick out a new fan that was in stock, he went and picked it up, took old fan out put new one up. He gave me the receipt from Lowes for what he paid for it and his labor charges were very reasonable. They cleaned up after they were done. Very professional and friendly. I can't say enough good things about Larry and Quality First Electric! I asked them to install an outdoor light and wire it into an existing string and run it off a controller. Also wanted it taken off a switch so it is controlled totally by the controller. This required a bit of rewiring and he found a way to do this without creating new holes in my walls. Perfect work! Fast! Showed up on time and were extremely professional and Friendly. Great communication through out the process. Pricing was also more than fair...they even hung a bedroom light for me while they were there at no extra charge.
