It gave me three recommendations and Candee Electric was the number one recommendation because it met my specific criteria. Most Electricians don't want a small job. They blow you off. They don't call you back. So I called this company and reached Tim. I told him how kids were kicking in people's garage doors and front doors in our development the night before and my floodlight died, and it was pitch black and I really needed the extra security back with the lights so my cameras would see anyone and their vehicle if they came on my property better. Plus, it's a major deterrent since most of my neighbors don't have any lights. Anyway, Tim came out immediately because he had time to squeeze me in before another appointment. I was ecstatic. He got here in 30 to 45 minutes and removed the old floodlight and installed the new one, and I connected it to my Wi-Fi. His price was extremely reasonable and he was professional. It was the daytime so I didn't know if the lights were pointed in the right direction. He offered to come out when it got dark on his way home from the other job and I said I would let him know if the lights were not pointed in the right direction to see if he could come by. Well, they were not pointed in the right direction at all so he came by after his other appointment and fixed them for me. I'm ecstatic. My mom called this guy after hours on a Thursday. He was already busy that night and offered to come to her house the next day and save her the after hours fee. My mom's house had lost about half it's power and she couldn't get the breakers to go back into position to return power to the house. Tim, had a car problem the next day, but called and updated her about every 20 minutes so she knew she wasn't forgotten. When he got there the problem had self corrected, but he went looking for any safety issues as a precaution. After speaking with my mom, he ascertained that her iron had probably tripped the breaker. When he looked at the iron closer he realized that the cord had burn marks and the iron probably was the culprit. My mom had attempted to reset the breaker while the iron was still plugged in. Tim checked the corresponding outlets to make sure there was no damage and advised my mom to get a new iron. My mom said Tim was a complete gentleman and was so very nice. He took his time to make sure he didn't leave her in a bad place and was very kind. My mom is older and she is always worried someone will try to take advantage, but he was opposite of that. His fee was extremely reasonable, and my mom looks forward to giving his card to anyone that needs an electrician and using him the next time she has an issue.
