The price he charged was basically that of a service call and very affordable. He also took the time to give an estimate for replacing the entire breaker box, which has to be done at some point because of its age. Like a car, when one thing is fixed it can cause other problems, which happened with us, but Shawn came right back and took care of that issue that very same day at no extra charge. Unfortunately, one out of three of them was defective. It was wobbling after installation. He offered to come back and swap it for me for free if I can go get a replacement even though it wasn't their fault. Sure enough, he texted me the following week and offered to stop by to swap it.
