searched yelp for an electrician. searched until I found the first non-sponsored company. When I reached out to connect through yelp, yelp wanted me to get multiple quotes. I wasn't in the mood for that because I was just looking for an *actual electrician* and not just a lead list that would probably cause me to get charged more. I had a beeping noise that I thought was coming from an old smoke alarm. (We have 10ft ceilings that none of my ladders can reach) In my state of panic, I reached out to Richard for advice and possibly make the trip out to investigate the problem. After some talk over the phone, we were able to resolve the problem without coming to our home and save us the money. I really appreciate his willingness to help even though it was near closing.
