Then, they took the time to troubleshoot and identified that a faulty transformer was causing our Ring doorbell to malfunction. After replacing the transformer, they discovered that our Ring doorbell was also defective. They replaced both devices, and now everything is working properly. I had a great experience using Thompson Electric for installation of new recessed LED lights in 9 rooms of my 20+ year old, 2-story home. A lot of fishing of wires thru walls and ceilings was needed. They made clean drywall cutouts for easier patching and did a great job preventing drywall dust from getting everywhere. They cleaned up after each room and then again at the end of each day so that we didn't come home to a mess. We really like the way the lights turned out. Then just before we were about to paint we decided to have the bathroom vent fans replaced. Thompson Electric was able come out and take care of the job quickly. A 5 star experience again. Richard (the owner) was quick to reply to phone calls and texts, arrived when he said he would, and the jobs were completed in the estimated time frame. Richard and Emma were professionals with knowledge. They replaced three light fixtures with motion sensor lights, installed a new electrical panel, for the fourth motion sensor, and an outlet.
