Larry was very responsive via text and even took the time to call me back on a Sunday evening when I accidentally dialed him because my phone was in my pocket. When they arrived on appt day I had some questions about potential changes to my initial request and Larry took the time to provide his expert opinion, which ultimately led to me keeping the original work request. I thought this was cool of Larry because he wasn't trying to up-sell me on things I probably didn't need. The install was extremely fast and our power only needed to be turned off for around 30 mins or so.
