We recently moved into a small place in Palm Springs and needed to convert a closet into my…read moreworkspace. I called 3 electricans, Star Electric wsa the only one to respond promptly. One of them said he'd arrive around 11am to 1pm, but didn't even call until 3pm, saying he was on the way. Star Electric was the only responsive, punctual one. Pricing was fair, all estimates were within 10-15% of each other. With it being an older Palm Springs house, Star Electric Energy was able to address issues that arose during the work, and cut the drywall and put it back on so that all I had to do was slap on some mud and sand it down and put on fresh paint. I now have a nice lil' workspace that makes efficient use of the area. Star Electric was always friendly, punctual, and informative, definitely the electrician I'll always recommend in the area. He came out same day and gave me a completely reasonable estimate to re-locate a cable outlet and install electricity for my brand new gigantic and amazing flat screen. They came out the very next day and the crew arrived on time. They protected my furniture with drop cloths and plastic. The technicians went up to the attic to re-route the wiring. It must have been a zillion degrees up there, but not a single complaint. Although they had to cut out a small area in the wall for the installation, they patched it up perfectly. They even vacuumed and polished my buffet before leaving!! Arthur set a perfect example of how to exceed customer satisfaction expectations. So many desert companies today are completely flaky. They don't show up, add on extras, and do crappy work, and charge a small fortune. Not Azdea! The work that they did was SO professional - they even made the wiring on the back of the TV look and organized with zip ties. They mounted the cable box to the back of the TV.
