Very poor customer service, professionalism, and willingness to work with the customer. Would not…read morerecommend this company. We hired Jeff to install a light fixture for us from Amazon and upgrade an outlet in a bedroom. Was quoted $200 for the light fixture installation and $175 to upgrade the outlet (this was under 5 mins of work). -We rescheduled with Jeff to come out on a Thursday. He forgot about the appointment and forgot what work even needed to get done. -He said he had time the next day on Friday. We were only available in the afternoon in which he dragged his feet to come to our property because "it was too far from his house". He ended up coming to install the light fixture despite being reluctant to do so. I'm not sure why he accepted a job if it was too far from his home. -As he's doing the work, he's complaining to us about his ex wife "being a bitch". Not professional, not relevant to our electrical problems. -He didn't end up fixing the light fixture because the Amazon part was broken. He asked my husband to go to the store and buy a new part. He eventually recommended we just buy a new light fixture. We did exactly that and thought he'd come back out to finally install the light (at this point I had already waited 1 week for him to come install this light). Then he said he didn't have time to come back for an additional week and he'd charge us again, even though the original work never was completed. -He also left our house a complete mess with electrical wires coming out of the wall because he didn't want to reinstall the light switch (so I can't use it now), dust on the ground and dining table, cut wires on the ground. I've never met someone who is comfortable charging you, leaving your house a mess, asking the customer to finish his job for him and run to the store (patch up the hole in the wall, reinstall the light switch), and not willing to come back to finish the job started. As a result, I asked for a partial refund since he never completed the work I originally hired him to do, and he said no. Really disappointed at this experience. Over a week later, and still no light and no reliable electrician.

Aurthur came out, LISTENED to the back story and lore - and spent a good 20 minutes walking around and diagnosing potential issues. He gave me an estimate for my problem child, which honestly was a bit lower than other (non electrical) contractors had given me for much less work. So yeah - value. It was a puzzle, for sure - but it became _personal_ for him, and he and his team relentlessly solved the paranormal electrical issues- actually opening up probably 3/4t of all the outlets in the house - and got everything working flawlessly. A few times over the 5+ hours he was fixing questionable original construction, he kept me up to date on progress and concerns. If I had a genie and wished for an electrician - Arthur & Azdea Group would be the expectation.

A bunch of people gave excellent ratings, so I gave them a call. Arthur responded immediately (in…read morecontrast to many contractors who don't call back or respond). He came out same day and gave me a completely reasonable estimate to re-locate a cable outlet and install electricity for my brand new gigantic and amazing flat screen. They came out the very next day and the crew arrived on time. They protected my furniture with drop cloths and plastic. The technicians went up to the attic to re-route the wiring. It must have been a zillion degrees up there, but not a single complaint. Although they had to cut out a small area in the wall for the installation, they patched it up perfectly. They even vacuumed and polished my buffet before leaving!! Arthur set a perfect example of how to exceed customer satisfaction expectations. So many desert companies today are completely flaky. They don't show up, add on extras, and do crappy work, and charge a small fortune. Not Azdea! The work that they did was SO professional - they even made the wiring on the back of the TV look and organized with zip ties. They mounted the cable box to the back of the TV. It looks so freaking amazing!!! Thanks guys for doing a great job. Highly recommended.
