A…read moreweek and a half ago, Cliff's team consisting of an electrician and a helper came to my home to install ONE ceiling junction box in the kitchen connected to ONE light switch. There is plenty of attic space above, and a void in the wall behind the electrical switch that wouldn't have required drilling through any fireblocks. They didn't have to hang the light fixture. Was billed 2.5 labor hours for the electrician at $175/hour and 2.5 hours for the helper at $75/hour. Plus $175 for parts. Total cost $690! Called Cliff. He said that sounded high. He spoke to the electrician who insisted the job took that long. After a few phone calls, Cliff ended up taking $100 off the job. Thank you!

I am in the final stages of selling a property and Carlos led his team to do a thorough electrical inspection and fix a list of requests from the buyers. He found many things that the house inspector overlooked, and we were able to take care of many issues to bring the property up to code - safety wise. But what is more impressive, is that Carlos heard arcing from the main panel, realized we had a much bigger issue, communicated all of this quickly! He caught was noone else did and probably saved the property from a much bigger isseu! Larry professionally and immediately facilitated ALL of the behind the scenes maneuvering to get power restored in the same week. I know this was a record timewise, and while it might not be repeatable every time for issues outside their control- Larry took it upon himself to do all that was possible to align the utilities and the city, to make it the shortest possible duration. AND Carlos and his team went so far above and beyond to fix all the issues and restore power correctly. He met with pool technician, solar technician and all worked together to make sure all the systems would be working as needed! They are a top notch operation all around and would highly recommend.
