I had one company come to my house…read more (since I had a coupon) and to see why my AC was not up spreed...they explained the problem ..charged me $725 only for my AC to go out again after 12 hrs... I called again.. they came back out got it running for only another 12 hours. Called again!! said it would be 10 days before the next service.... My neighbor said to call Timos which it did.. they came out right away and fixed my problem (which the other company said they had done... which was BS.....Timos had me up and running in an hour. I bought a yearly contract with them... 5 company for sure. I Highly recommend them.

This AC company is extremely reliable and been on-time every time...and on Sal's most revisit service appointment, he was even a little early :-) One thing that stood out to me most about their Yelp page (other than 5-Star reviews) and why I'm so compelled to write a recent review is because most people who search for AC/Heating companies here on Yelp, might not find Ibarra's, because their listing states they're in Indio...and Yelp's algorithms will bypass them for numerous other companies in La Quinta, Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Cat City, and Palm Springs. And that's simply not the case with Ibarra's...because they service the entire Coachella Valley. I intend to contact them to suggest they change their listing to "servicing the Coachella Valley" and the cities listed above. This is a very difficult review to write. We have used Erkies for several years. I like Dane, and it is painful to have to report that it appears he has lost control of his business. It is nearly impossible to get them to respond. We have been without air conditioning in the middle of a dreadful summer. They dragged their feet on the diagnosis,, and what was worse it was impossible to get them to respond in any way regarding the plan to fix my air conditioning. We have texted, we have left messages with his IA answering machine, and we have sent emails. I still hope for a positive resolution to this situation and a normalization of our relationship. But just now I believe he is overwhelmed and has allowed the AI to interfere with his relationships with his customers. It's a real shame.
