After that, I had to keep pushing to get the opening properly protected. In our text messages, it appeared Alex was reluctant to come back, and when he finally did, I was charged **$225** for a very short visit (roughly minutes) to re-secure tarp/weatherproofing. In my opinion, that charge felt inflated for the limited work, but at that point my priority was protecting my property from rain, not arguing. My concern was never whether they *eventually* answered calls, it was that I had to repeatedly chase updates and basic documentation and I received inconsistent explanations about permit status along the way. Also, photos showing a "clean" stucco cut do not address the actual customer-impact issues: the opening being left exposed for almost 2 weeks, interior drywall/dust impact, lack of a clear walkthrough, and cleanup left behind. My review is not about whether the lights came back on (they did). It's about the unnecessary stress, poor communication, and how a paying customer was treated throughout the process.
