Serge from Quick N easy came out 1/13 to look at our broken Kitchenaid ice maker in our winter rental in Rancho Mirage. My husband just had knee surgery, and the freezer in this rental isn't working either, so we needed the ice maker fixed pronto. Serge knew what the issue was and ordered the parts after our landlord approved the repair. Parts and Serge arrived 1/19 and ice maker was fixed! Very pleased with efficiency, politeness and speed. His English isn't 100% by his own admission, but I had no trouble understanding, and the company responds quickly via YELP or by phone. Recommended for fast fix in a pinch! I was authorized to go out of network by my home warranty and was in panic mode trying to get someone out. (Easter weekend, expecting a handful of guests and our fridge broke) I spoke with Bella and the staff at Quick N Easy and they were able to pencil in an appt for me while I dealt with trying to get our home warranty to assign them. I was given a 5-7 window and this is maybe the first time ever of a company on time (I feel like usually a 2 hour window is already unheard of but they showed up on the early side which was great) Adam got straight to work and called me in to tell me he was done. I've had Quick N Easy at my home in the past when I still had a home warranty for washer repairs (LG front loading washer). The technician told me during that repair (draining issue) that the tub bearings would need to be replaced soon but were not bad enough to get the home warranty approval yet. Unfortunately, now the home warranty is done, and the washer is so loud that is obvious that the bearings need to be done. I sent a request through Yelp for an estimate since I will be paying the full amount now. I was specific with the model number and what services I needed. Of course, the first response was that they would come out for $100 to diagnose the situation and if I elected to go ahead with the repair that it would be applied to the repair. Since it was their technician who initially informed me that it was the bearings going out, I replied that I wanted the estimate for the tub bearing replacement job. After many Yelp messages and days later (most requesting my phone number), the answer was that they didn't do LG washer tub bearing replacements. Very disappointed that the original technician didn't tell me this and I wonder what would have happened if I had let them come to my house for the $100 diagnostic. Would I have just been out the $100? read more

My experience with Quick n' Easy Appliance service was excellent. My Maytag gas dryer was no longer starting and I needed service over the weekend. They were able to get me an appointment early on Saturday with Andrew the service tech. Andrew was great. He called ahead to let me know that he was in route, when he arrived he introduced himself, he was friendly and professional. He was quickly able to diagnose the issues, I gave him the ok, then he was able to quickly replace the faulty parts and repair my Maytag dryer. They provided a one year warranty on parts and labor. The tech was there for a short period replaced a part on my Bbq bill-297.00. I asked how much the labor and the tech said their minimum labor charge was 185.00.
