We contacted All Valley on October 24th and they were initially great. A repair man came out within two hours and diagnosed the problem. We were told that parts needed to ordered, that the fee would be $353 and that he'd come back out on Tuesday or Wednesday of following week to install. After hearing nothing on Tuesday or Wednesday, I finally called THEM on Thursday and representative told me they could get me on the schedule for Friday. I waited all day Friday but nothing. I did not hear from them on Saturday, Sunday or Monday so I called A to Z Appliance Repair on November 5th and they came out an hour later and repaired my fridge for only the price of a service call. After he tested parts, he said they were fine. That was nearly two weeks ago and I, believe it or not, STILL have yet to hear back from All Valley. I think that's nuts! read more

Our experience with All Valley Appliance pertains to their repair of our microwave and our dishwasher. First, on the microwave they were supposed to fix the unit at the same time as the dishwasher, but the repairman forgot to bring the parts, so we had to reschedule and wait an additional week. Then we he came out it turned out to be the wrong part, so another reschedule and another wait for an additional week. Finally the microwave was repaired, and now we find out that he forgot to screw one of the plates in, so the part sitting above the door is wobbly. Truly an amazing display of persistent incompetence. The experience with the dishwasher was not satisfactory either, after the repair, the unit was not fitted properly under the counter, so another return trip and another week's wait. read more

I will never call anyone else! I called All VAlley Appliance and they arrived within 30 minutes! The gentleman that came was very nice and professional. He inspected my Whirlpool refrigerator and ran a diagnostic test on it. His recommendation was to have an approved Whirlpool inspection as he suspected it could be an electrical situation. He did not even charge me for the standard charge to come out. He provided me with the number to call. Well, $139 later an approved Whirlpool repair company came out and determined it was a design flaw and the wiring in the harness had been severed due to the opening and closing of the freezer door. The solution from the Whirlpool Approve Repair Company was to replace the entire freezer door at an estimated cost between $700-$1000. The entire fridge was $1400. Are they NUTS!!! I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Whirlpool and would not admit it was a design flaw nor stand behind their product. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY WHIRLPOOL APPLIANCE AND ANY OTHER PRODUCT WHIRLPOOL MAKES INCLUDING MAYTAG AGAIN!!! This is definitely a design flaw and a hazard as it has to do with electrical wiring being severed and could cause a fire. I have contacted All Valley Appliance to see if this simple repair can be done by them. Stand by and will provide an update soon! Update 7/21/2023 All Valley Appliance Repair was scheduled between 1-3 today. They called at 11:15 and said we can come now. 10 minutes later Jessie & Armando arrived. Within 45 minutes they fixed my ice maker and Ice is being made as I write this. They were so nice and professional!!!! Shame on Whirlpool for this huge design flaw and not acknowledging it as such. I love these guys. So honest! I have a 20-year- old refrigerator that stopped freezing. They came out and fixed the defrost and it worked well. But soon after another problem occured and the need part was no longer available. They spent nearly an hour working but didn't charge me a dime for the 2nd visit. They pronounced the refrigerator dead. I asked the technician for advice on what to buy and where to buy it. Today Lowes is delivering a new refrigerator. That seems pretty reasonable to me, as was the cost, and they have senior and cash discounts. Duane showed and explained what he was doing to fix my dead fridge, like any good gadget doctor should. According to an experienced real estate broker I once knew, it's very common for used appliances to stop working when they're moved from home to home. In my case, here was why: mine was too big to be easily wrangled through the front door, so it got some pretty rough jostling - by movers who, in their defense, were faced with impossible deadlines and working furiously in this wicked desert heat. But it caused some insulation to get knocked loose and caught in the fan, so when I turned the fridge back on the fan couldn't turn and it burned out the fan motor. Things I learned: 1) Enough care needs to be taken to be gentle when moving appliances - if my front door had been removed, like it was last time, there would've been no banging struggle to get it through. 2) If I'd opened up the back and inspected it before turning it on, I could have seen the displaced insulation and prevented the problem altogether. 3) He also advised me to, twice a year, vacuum behind that removable panel at the front bottom of the fridge - accumulated dust impedes air flow so makes it work harder. I'd done that exactly never, but he did! So cool. read more

Despite needing my dryer fixed right away, I waited as I thought they would be good and reliable. Well, the day came for the repair and the technician never showed up. I called and they messed up their schedule and I was never booked for the day. Completely unacceptable as they definitely knew my situation. I called All Valley today and spoke to Rosa about my LG refrigerator that stopped cooling after 4 years. She could not have been kinder and more helpful. She gave me the number to call LG customer service because LG has had continued problems with compressor failure and mentioned the class action lawsuit against LG that ironically, I received in the mail 4 days ago! I called them and the compressor will be replaced free of charge including labor! Her recommendation was worth it's weight in gold and is the zenith in customer service! Like some other companies, she could have easily scheduled an appointment, sent a technician out who would probably tell me the repair could not be made and I would be stuck with a service call charge. I have a rental in Palm Desert that had an issue with the Dishwasher. All Valley was recommended by a Plumber that I use, so called them up. They were quickly able to send someone out the next day, but were only able to get it open and had to order parts. Although there was some confusion as the service tech didn't seem to be able to contact me with the correct number to give me a quote and schedule the follow-up, when I called them a few days later they quickly ordered the part. Once in we were able to get the next service call date quickly and get it working. Another confusion about applying the initial service call to the overall quote, but the Tech called me and we got it all worked out and they issued me a credit. Overall some hiccups, but they worked hard to recover and were more than fair. I would recommend them and use them again for any future issues. read more

I recalled driving past this place for 10 years plus, and I'm Glad I did call them. Richard was on time, had a long mustache, which I took as knowledge. Yep, he figured it out pretty quick, and fixed the problem. I would have given all 5 stars but I thought over $100.00 just for labor on a 45 minute job was expensive, and the part was only $65.00.
