Shawn from Elite Appliance was called to our neighbors house for an appliance repair and we needed some assistance on the spring on our dishwasher door. After Shawn finished at our neighbors his dispatcher connected with him and he headed over to our house. He was able to put a new spring in the dishwasher, a new filter in our refrigerator and check the workings of our wine refrigerator. We requested these repairs as it was great he was able to fix them all on one visit, no need to schedule another visit to finish up the work. I just had Shawn come and fix my fridge, after 4 other attempts to get it fixed. The fan, supplying freezer air to the ice maker, had stopped running. I had another local appliance shop come out twice and the "old hippy" they sent out, had no clue how to get the back panel off in the back of the freezer section, to access the fan. I tried Sears Home Services and they "dissed me" twice. No Show; No Call; No Text. Shawn came out this afternoon and within an hour had us back up and running with ice and cold water. WOW..what great service provided by Shawn with Elite Appliance!! So my Dishwasher was making a horrible noise and I thought about just buying a new one. But decided I should at least get someone to "check it" first. I chose Elite based on reviews and I am SO Happy I did!! First, they were able to see me the day I called. Second, the "diagnostic" cost for the call out goes towards any repairs. (Unlike some other repair companies) Third, the technician (who happened to be the owner) was so professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even gave some recommendations for proper maintenance. He used his own towels, cleaned everything up after (my cleaning crew was just here before his arrival so I was happy about that) and all this was accomplished in about an hour!! They reported our washer broken because of overload abuse. In fact, it simply needed re-balancing which took two seconds. They stated to the warranty company that the noise was caused by a pulley and rollers which are not "mechanical" and totally ignored the fact the dryer stopped heating. In fact all the parts are mechanical and the warranty company sent another company got a second opinion and everything works perfect now. Elite did everything. They could to prevent warrant coverage and appeared not to want to really fix anything. read more

Shawn from elite came out to repair my LG front load dryer. It had been extremely loud for longer than I care to admit. Found elite online, took a chance. Shawn arrived, did an excellent job with diagnosing the problem. It had Broken roller wheel, and he had one in his truck. Score! He also vacuumed it out, which was much appreciated. I am actually so happy to be writing this review!! We have American Home Shield. If you use them, you know how difficult it is to get good, qualified repair companies who contract with them. There was a leak coming from under the refrigerator crisper drawer. The same problem that other companies (assigned from AHS), on two different occasions, had came out and said they repaired. When I called AHS this time and they told me who they were going to send (which was the last company who came out), I said no. They gave me another name and I quickly looked them up on Yelp...based on their reviews again, I said no. Third option was Elite...quick Yelp search...only 2 reviews, but good reviews so I said fine. By the end of the day Sean from Elite called. I explained the problem, gave him our tenants name and number and he dealt directly with her. He continued to keep me me informed...He actually called me on three different occasions! Imagine that, HE called ME! Shocking! :) Problem is how fixed (I'm confident of this, if not, I will update my review if necessary), Tenant is happy and so am I. Excellent Service and professional and easy communication. They are atrocious .. and they lie. Don't waste your time and money. Took 3 weeks for a delivery of two drawer undercounter frig from ft worth TExas to LA area ... finally received on March 25 after ungodly number of followups .. I also purchase a 5 yr warranty which as of April 10 of have yet to receive ..the 5 yr warranty is instrumental as all two drawer refrigerator have a high failure rate. Without the warranty I would have not purchased the unit. It's now been 5 weeks and no warranty received .. I have had to follows up with several emails and getting the run around .. i paid for unit and warranty in March 4 , why was not the warranty sent to me right away .. they have said they will would send to me my mail and not received ..then a contract number .. and I have not received it. I've demanded a contract number and contract ..they send me a generic contract that I could have pulled from my waste paper basket .. it had no contract number, no description, brand, model and serial number of unit , no buyer name and address etc etc ..After several frustrating email I have had it with their lies and unprofessional behavior .. I'm now disputing the entire transaction via my credit card company. With a warranty, the purchase is null and void . I will not return the unit will keep it and will not accept credit for the warranty only from my credit card company .. I will also contact the better business bureau in Ft Worth , Texas , I will have friends of mine in area pay them a visit , will find and contact o were and will initiate a small claim suit in California for the max amount allowed of $10,000. Time is money so is frustration .. I will do everything in my power to resolve it in my favor. The fact that I have to write this review and spent my time thus way speaks volumes for their atrocious service. They come across on phone as the nicest people in the world but then they simply give you the run around . They are so frustrating. Lastly, I may just pay them a personal visit and straighten them out myself. If I do this , it will not be a pretty site .. they will have local bad media exposure and reviews for weeks on end. I will find a way to shut them down .. These people should not be in business period. The reviews posted by others don't nearly reflect who they really are and I bet they are bogus. read more

I give Elite Appliance my highest rating. I had a serious problem with my freezer and icemaker, I called my insurance company and they sent Elite Appliance. I am more than happy with their service. They came out as soon as possible and the time frame was reasonable. They were vaccinated, so no worries there, and the service provided was professional, neat, and they got me working again, They kept all of their promises. I hope I dont have anymore problems but if i do, I only want elite appliance to come out to servicemy appliances . I had a previous one-star company assigned by AHS to address my broken refrigerator and they took three attempts to repair the refrigerator over a period of 6-8 weeks, just terrible. Elite was called in after I did some research on local appliance companies, not relying on AHS to assign another company, and they were at my house the next day! Sean was excellent, explained the refrigerator was most likely not repairable and that I should call him as soon as the refrigerator lost its cooling power again. When it did, I called Elite, Sean, and they were here the next day to double check and file the report to AHS that it was indeed unrepairable. I have blocked the previous appliance company and would recommend Elite, and the service representative Sean. read more

When our part came in, Iman immediately called and scheduled Sean to complete the installation. Sean was very professional and took the time needed to replace the oven door.
