The heater worked for just a short period of time. On December the 9th they came back out and this time the owner came as well. My husband was told that this time the whole board needed to be replaced and would cost another $480.00. I spoke to the owner and he stated they would work with us and he thought he had a board at his shop he could use and would call the following Monday to work out a day to return. Never got a call waited a few days and still no call. I called the office and a lady answered and stated the owner was out on Monday so that's the reason he failed to call. We have not heard from them since. It's my belief this business is just out to rip good people off. I do not recommend the for repairs.

We could not be more happy with the trailer and the memories we've made. Since our purchase a few years ago, we have brought it back twice for a few upgrades and repairs, we are always super happy leaving there. We are now expecting a new addition and wanted to include our new member on our adventures. Brooke jumped all over this project and made us a matching, custom bassinet. Since it's a small trailer, she was able to make the crib so it wasn't permanenty attached and is easily removable. She kept us updated all the way and made us feel a part of the process. We are beyond excited and grateful for her imagination and skill. ATR has passion for restoring these trailers. She has a deep understanding that the trailers she works on mean a lot to their owners. Got an estimate for $300, which I thought pricey, but had the work done anyway, He had his son with him, who he was training. Work was completed in about 30 minutes. I thought problems over. A few weeks ago the top three had popped out. I called back, not realizing it had been 8 months. I was told it was covered for 90 days, and would cost a $130 fee to come out to check. To be brief, I was told the $130 fee non-refundable no matter my decision. She told me he'd be in park working on other RV's and could stop by. I asked if she could lower fee. No. Since, I've spoken to several relaible vendors. ALL would wave estimate fees, in fact, would give a free estimate. One came widely referred and will do the work for $100. Total.

Don't let the limited reviews fool you... they are highly experienced and have recently ventured out into automotive repair for the general public (is my understanding). Not Just Wash and Wax Guys…read more.. We had seen the Yanez crew often at the RV park where we stay in Hemet, washing and waxing numerous coaches. What I didn't know is that they also do body work. We had a scrape from a mishap under our entry door that needed attending to. We got an estimate, ran it by our insurance guy and had the Yanez group come out to our rig. Nice that they are mobile and we didn't have to break camp and leave it somewhere for days. A crew of three got right to work, masking, standing, priming, buffing - it was impressive. They were very thorough, took painstaking care with each step and made sure we knew how to care for the repair once they were done. They also generously took care of a number of other scratches near the repair area that were not part of the initial estimate. They were extremely professional, did a beautiful job and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. VERY happy with the job done.

I have been taking my trailers to dedicated express RV for a few years now, and I will not let…read moreanyone else touch my trailer but Chad. Anytime that I have had an issue with any of my trailers whether it's warranty work or just because it is getting old, I brought it in to Chad to get it taken care of, and I am always very satisfied with the results. For instance, I had a newer toy hauler that had an electric water heater, and I took it to two other repair shops and they could not figure out what was wrong with it. I was told I had to replace the entire water Heater assembly. I ended up taking it in to Chad and he was able to find that it was a simple ground that went bad after tracing back the wires, and saved me a ton of money. Ever since then, I have only taken my equipment to get seen by Chad. More recently, I bought an older toy hauler that had all kinds of issues with the roof and seals and miscellaneous parts that just go bad after time. I brought it into Chad, and what a masterpiece! The roof looks brand new, all the trim pieces in question replaced and seals were sealed, as if it came from the factory. I asked him to do a mechanical walk-through through all the systems of the trailer, and he was very fair on the labor cost for everything, and I know that when I take my trailer in to see him he will be honest about what needs to be fixed and how much it it's going to cost. There were a couple things I asked about upgrading that were going to be pricey and he was honest with me and told me my setup was good for what I needed. He could have easily just done what I thought I needed and made more money off the job but he took care of me. It's very rare to find a business that you can wholeheartedly drop off your trailer and have no hesitation about the work that's going to be done about it, but this place is that place for me. I recommend this place to all my friends, and I drive past three RV repair shops to drop my trailer off with Chad because I know the work will be honest fair and exactly what I need to get done.

I work at a campground and campers need mobile service from time to time, I would call and my messages never got a response...its a shame. I often recommended Chad but clients came back saying that they could not get a hold of anyone. I found it disturbing as I had highly recommended him...so I stopped. Hopefully answering the phone and a quicker response time to inquires will improve because it used to be a 5 star business.
