If you want your RV sitting in a lot for months, take it here. She has a couple of her hired workers, but most of the work on my RV was done by off-site guys. She had my generator removed my the "almost" mechanic from next door and another fellow from down the way. Neither of them know sic @ generators.. Instead of disconnecting the cable from the batteries, they cut it. The collision damage was repaired very professionally. Again, it was farmed out to some young man moonlighting from some other repair shop. She rammed into the back of my RV, and never paid for, nor repaired the damage. It was impossible to contact her. Her daughters, friends or whoever would answer the phone meet me at the gate, and they would always meet late. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR RV TO THIS SHOP !! For Father's day we had our 35ft 5th wheel to get washed and waxed. We are currently camping out in the desert and they did such a great job the dust just slides off and when it rained it just beaded up with no water marks or streaks. Thier service was very convenient and quick as they came to our home to clean it using all thier own supplies including water, the 2 young men were proficient and fast. Not Just Wash and Wax Guys... We had seen the Yanez crew often at the RV park where we stay in Hemet, washing and waxing numerous coaches. What I didn't know is that they also do body work. We had a scrape from a mishap under our entry door that needed attending to. We got an estimate, ran it by our insurance guy and had the Yanez group come out to our rig. Nice that they are mobile and we didn't have to break camp and leave it somewhere for days. A crew of three got right to work, masking, standing, priming, buffing - it was impressive. They were very thorough, took painstaking care with each step and made sure we knew how to care for the repair once they were done. They also generously took care of a number of other scratches near the repair area that were not part of the initial estimate. They were extremely professional, did a beautiful job and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. VERY happy with the job done. read more

After we had work done on our camper our carpet was destroyed as well, with dirt and grease. We've had it professionally cleaned but the cleaner said it was shot and needs to be replaced. I saw others had had the same problem. read more

UPDATE: We have finally gotten our RV back, after a little hiccup our repair seems to be working fine. However, our carpeting is destroyed! The repairs were worked on directly on the carpeting without any cover, and it is totally destroyed with grease marks and spots from front to back. They told my husband they would clean up inside, but they didn't vacuum or clean the carpet, so don't really know what they meant. We shouldn't have to totally replace carpet from having the slide repaired, and won't be back read more

After a schedule mix up on their part, we had our Class A motor home washed by Yanez and found them lacking in professionalism, caring, and doing an overall decent job. They didn't dry the coach, but rather told me they used a spot free rinse. And yes, where i could NOT reach with a towel, it dried with water spots. As they were about to leave, we noticed they knocked off a rear lens cover. When we pointed it out, the Yanez employee climbed up on the motor home and put it back on. It fell off again later that afternoon, cracked and broken. They also cut through a thermostat wire on the outside of the coach. So for $100 I got to dry it myself (the best I could), order a new lens cover and now have to splice an external wire while up on a ladder. Never again! read more

They washed my RV the other day. Arrived early and got right to work. Basically did an OK job. The windows were left with spots and streaks. A plastic bottle was left on the roof and my ladder was not put up properly. read more

Isaiah and his guys came to our place and detailed the exterior of our motorhome. We had some bad water spots at the back where sprinklers hit and were really on there. On my second day I saw them while doing another rv. I walked over and asked if they could fit me in. Even though it was late in the day they were able to wash my trailer. They did a great job. Yanez replaced our roof and did an excellent job! Their customer service was top notch. They welcomed us into their shop and treated us like family. We are full-timers and they offered us hookups while at the shop and accommodated our every need so that we could stay in our home while the work was being completed. DO NOT GO HERE!!! customer service is the worst I have encountered in my life! I had them come out to my home to wash my RV. They quoted low and by the time they were done, I owed $500.00. My Rv was oxidized and ended up needing the clay package. My issue was that they told me that they would be able to remove some dried grass clippings from the side panel. They did not remove the clippings and they kept arguing with me that the paint was clipped. Wow, these people don't know what they are doing. They hire minimum wagers that came in flip flops and gang type attire... I was leary of their skill set... Needless to say, unsatisfied by the job, I drove my RV to their location. I spoke to the women in charge, she was no help at all...argumentative and doesn't know customer service at all. I could tell she had an attitude from the beginning...I knew I was wasting my time..! For three dollars a foot I'd expect more than I got. The quality of our wash was equivalent to a bad fundraiser carwash. Lots of dirt and grime that easily washed off when I wiped it. I paid cash and asked for a receipt and was told one would be emailed but it never came. I would have been better off saving my $100+ and paying some kids to clean it for me, at least they wouldn't leave a bunch of muddy foot prints on the roof. read more

Well where do I start wish u could give a negative star my RV was hit in the front end joe came out and promised they can fix everything and do it in a timely manner I've had a vacation planed coming up in a month well didn't make it cuz Yanez RV kept my motor home for three months and just did the body work which I'm not satisfied with they didn't do any adjustments on my slide outs hooked things up backwards told lie after lie they do not communicate with each other however Evelyn is a sweet hart but joe has to much on his plate and Angela is just a bitch my insurance company even paid them an extra 700 to fix the front slide after months of being back in there shop they say it's a relay which cost 15 bucks and it's my responsibility wat the heck they do with the 700 extra they got needless to say I'll never be a fan of this shop and I can only hope they treat others better then I was treated read more

The two young men that came to wash our RV did an excellent job. Their professionalism and work ethic were superb. We just purchased a used RV that looked to not have been covered (decals peeling, etc), and through no one's fault (other than Mother Nature's harsh solar radiation), our sunlight dome in our bedroom cracked while being washed. The young man took great care as to not have any water seep in, did a fabulous job and had a brand new dome installed on the same day.
