After coordinating with them for a period of time to do work on my RV, I had an abrupt ending which was extremely perplexing. I am only posting this because being in an extremely vulnerable position, and they knew that I was. I had been communicating with them about upkeep work I needed for my RV and was waiting on funding. After speaking with Jon mostly they came out to my Location to assess the work and then give me a quote for it. Everything was set up for them to do the work and when the time came to do the work they told me to go somewhere else. Now before anyone thinks, "There must be something I did, or there is more to the story", I beg you, that is not the case. It was understood that once all the parts came in that we would set up the install time. Mind you I am a single woman and have zero support to get anything mechanical done. Once my parts came in, I was set up to have them do the work. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were rude and told me to "separate" and "go my own way"??? Are we dating? I want to also make it very clear that I, in no way, was rude or demanding. In fact, everything was extremely cordial just like most of the comments about them, saying they are friendly and accommodating as heck! Which I have always found them to be. But now, when I really needed help to do the installs, I was told i am not able too? Honestly, I would just like to know why they treated me that way, when I have been extremely nice and patient. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and confused, cause now I have to start all over again with parts sitting in my yard that I have to hide so they don't get stolen. Why would someone do this to a person? Its literally two simple installs and I am ready to have it done. RV Masters! I thought you were one of the good guys, Apparently NOT!

We purchased a brand-new 2025 Winnebago Adventurer from Giant RV in December 2025, expecting years…read moreof enjoyable travel and camping. Instead, our brand-new motorhome has spent the majority of its first seven months of ownership in repair facilities, making this one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've ever had. During more than seven months of ownership, we've only been able to use our motorhome for approximately six weeks. The rest of the time, it has been out of service at either Giant RV's Wildomar service department or a Ford dealership undergoing repairs. Our motorhome is currently at Giant RV, where it has been for three months awaiting warranty repairs. Unfortunately, this isn't the first extended repair visit--it's simply the latest in a long series of mechanical and warranty issues. Since purchasing the coach, we've experienced major problems including: * Transmission failure requiring complete replacement * Brake, rotor, and drum replacement due to reversing issues * Macerator failure that made it impossible to empty the black tank * Refrigerator malfunction * Generator and fuel sensor problems * Holding tank sensor failures that caused the toilet and generator to stop functioning while camping * House battery, relay switch, and battery replacement issues * Interior coach computer displaying inaccurate tank, water, waste, and fuel levels * Additional warranty repairs still awaiting approval and parts While we understand that mechanical problems can happen with any RV, what has been far more disappointing has been Giant RV's customer service. Communication has been extremely poor. We have repeatedly had to leave multiple voicemails just to receive a status update. Numerous messages left for both Dan Vasquez and Service Manager John Meyke went unanswered, and we often had to call several times before receiving any information. On one occasion, after leaving four voicemails over the course of a week, the only response we received was that they were short-staffed and hadn't been able to return our calls. We also emailed Giant RV owner Frankie Baruti in hopes of resolving our concerns, but we have never received a response. Throughout this process, we've received inconsistent explanations regarding warranty approvals, parts availability, and repair timelines. We understand that warranty approvals and parts delays are not always within the dealership's control. However, keeping customers informed, returning phone calls, and providing honest updates absolutely are. Instead of enjoying our new motorhome, we've experienced: * More than seven months of ownership with only about six weeks of actual use * Multiple lengthy repair visits, including the current three-month stay at Giant RV * Numerous canceled camping trips * Monthly RV payments on a coach we rarely get to use * Five months of storage fees * Hundreds of miles driving to repair facilities * Significant fuel and travel expenses * Countless hours spent making phone calls, sending emails, and chasing basic status updates Buying a new RV should be exciting--not exhausting. We genuinely hope Giant RV and Winnebago ultimately resolve these issues because we simply want the reliable motorhome we paid for and the level of customer service that should accompany the purchase of a new RV. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Giant RV's Wildomar service department. If you're considering purchasing an RV from Giant RV, don't just research the sales process--research the dealership's service department and warranty support as well. The true test of a dealership begins after the sale.

So I called my RV company and was told to contact them because forest river had contract with them, ok so did as I was told. Called up the number on here, and the number given JR himself answered stated there is a $150 flat rate fee that they charge and that covers them coming out 10 times, ok sounded like a good deal right. Schedule an appointment for them to come out to Check out our AC unfortunately these guys don't know what they're doing.... they told us we needed to have the AC set at 85 in order for it to automatically turn on and off so he went ahead and told me to wash the filters on the AC, and also to cover one of the vents in the main living room area to allow for my ac to pass through. This to me seemed stupid, the charged an additional amount for them being there and inspecting my trailer for 30 minutes if that, and to add some of that silver tape to the AC. He called my husband and told him it would be a total of $250 for labor and parts!!?? What parts??? The piece of metal tape?? Anyway he told us to try that for a week and if it didn't work give him a call... A week roles by, five him a call and just asked if there is anyway they can replace the AC unit we purchased extended warranty and forest river covers that if you have a forest river product which we do. Call him set up another appointment for him to come 9am rolls by nothing, we call and no response.. 10 am rolls by and nothing... call again left VM finally I got tired of waiting I request a day off work to be there, these people didn't even call they are unprofessional!!! So I waited for hours just hear back from them 5 days later that they were backed up and would send someone next week. So that happened he sent a male with one earring very Pettit male, he came and first off didn't even look professional. Comes in and tells my husband the best advice he can give is to drill a hole in the top of the trailer to allow for more ventilation !!! What a joke!! Who would ever advise that, clearly he doesn't know any tampering you do to your trailer takes you out of warranty!! Hah! Wow so he came pulled the lid off our AC and added some silver tape to the back of the ac wiring... we called again to see if JR would be able to put in for a new Unit from Forest River, never heard back from anyone. I have heard other people complain about this JR person and the company, they are a joke and unprofessional. Don't be fooled look for someone who knows what they are doing please!!
