Ordered a custom 2 axle trailer for a 22' boat with an 8 week delivery time. No comms about delays…read moreuntil 8 weeks. Then told they did not have the aluminium or ability to make the trailer. The former salesperson had left. I've tried to reach a resolution to get the trailer made but now no one will respond to calls or connect me with the owners of the company. Told a refund is not possible as they have the frame, but now they cannot make the trailer, no refund and no more communications.

In terms of communicating, one of their partners was promising deadlines and not delivering. Super frustrating to keep checking up on him. We paid the full amount up front since it was a custom trailer and after they kept missing deadlines and giving us the run around of excuses, we drove 4 hours round trip and showed up to their locations to see how far along the trailer had been and to make sure we weren't getting scammed. We were disappointed in the lack of progress made to it but after expressing our concerns, one of their lot managers heard us out and assured us that within 4 business days (given a holiday was coming up) that the trailer would be done and delivered. We were super relieved to have the trailer delivered as they finally promised. Woohoo! It's incredibly sturdy and well put together. My only complaint is the poor communication/planning from that partner to get this thing done which added more time to the whole process and as the customer, we were losing money each week to not have this trailer sooner. Otherwise, we are happy with the trailer and the team completing the work did a great job!

Jason was always available to answer my questions, and he always returned my phone calls even during the shut down period. The trailer eventually sold and Heather, like Jason, was more than helpful. Heather kept in close contact with me in regards to finalizing the process of the sale. I had read the reviews and frankly, some of those reviews worried me as to the credibility of All American Trailers. I can honestly say that I was treated wonderfully and fairly by both Jason and Heather and I thank them for handling the sale of my trailer.
