The shop didn't touch it until 0200pm and I waited until about 0700pm to get my car back. The mechanics might have done a good job, which hopefully I will find out later, but the front desk left a bitter experience with this installation not starting on time and lasted more time than it should have. A discount to make up for the valuable time wasted would have been better than excuses and an apology. Poor customer expectations management (with an appointment) and maybe a good job...disappointed! Note: They tell me they will install Rocky Road gears but installed another of their choice (Sierra Gear & Axle).
