He thoroughly explained the whole process to get my vehicle repaired and get into a rental car in the meanwhile. The whole time I was updated on the progress of my vehicle and was text message updates. When I retrieved my car after the repairs were done I was walked through all the steps it took to get my car back to factory and even checked all the lights and did a entire walkthrough of my vehicle. Unfortunately, my vehicle was damaged and I had to involve my insurance. To my great fortune, Fix Auto was on their list of preferred vendors. From the first contact, Andy was the picture of professionalism. You know the phrase under promise, over deliver? Fix Auto has that down. I asked Andy if I dropped my car off Monday if it would be ready by Friday, as rental cars make me anxious and my family has a busy schedule. He said it was possible, but unlikely, as they were unsure the extent of the damage. Well just imagine, this morning I received a call saying that my car would be ready this afternoon! Hallelujah! But wait, it gets better. Andy walked me over to my car to insure all the basic functions were operable. I was elated to see that they had not only repaired my car, a day earlier than I even imagined and before closing, they also washed my car AND VACUUMED THE INSIDE. A car with children means it needed it desperately. He detailed additional finishing touches, like realignment that was deemed necessary. They also informed me of the warranty I have through my insurance company for the repairs as well as Fix Auto's warranty for the duration of time I have the car. I've only been in the car about half an hour, but so far so good and hopefully I won't need that warranty.
