Took my truck here due to the springs not seated correctly and one if my shocks was leaning against the spring not even seated in the cap and bolted down from prior vehicle owner. They took the truck in diagnosed it quickly got new shocks since the previous ones weren't good anymore. They replaced the shocks correctly checked all the rest of my suspension and did an entire vehicle inspection notified me of anything else and then checked up on me a few days later to see how the truck was performing. Then performed an alignment once everything was good to go. Awesome shop with very knowledgeable mechanics! These guys got me out of a bind so i could make it home an hour away without worrying about issues with my front suspension. Definitely will be coming back here for any vehicle needs! read more

Nissan dealership would later inspect and confirm that the parts that were put on at this untrustworthy shop were in fact Not the parts I had bought from the dealership to have installed at this place. This guy's are amazing! I found myself in a pickle when I was driving from work to home. My AC went out and my engine started over heating..pulled into a Carl's jr to wait for the engine to cool down and started to look around for shops that were open on a Saturday nearby...most places were closed and the ones that were open couldn't even take me the same day ...i ran across these guys and spoke to Sean who told me bring it right in we will get you all squared away....went they did the inspection for free....could have charged me for a brand new AC thing but they troubled shot it and figured it out that it was just the module that had gone out ...Sean at the office was super welcoming ...i ended up passing out on their couch as I had just worked a 12 hour night shift. these brothers are from the East Coast and they bring a great reputation out here ...i think seans lady even brought their cute little pug into the office and he was so cool just hanging out in there ...if you ever find yourself in a pickle you guys make sure you make it down here! read more

Don't let the low review numbers stop you from giving Schaefer Brothers a shot. From the moment I connected with Bryan through Yelp to getting my AC repair job done just few hours later, Schaefer has been nothing but impressive. My wife's Honda Odyssey had intermittent AC problem with poor cooling performance. With the dayhigh temp being 104 today, I decided I couldn't wait longer to get the AC looked at. Shortly after getting a Yelp response from Bryan, I called them at 9 in the morning on a Saturday and spoke to Sean. Sean was extremely accomodating and friendly. He told me that he can fit me in for a quick inspection/repair and get me out by noon because I had other plans in the afternoon for Mother's Day. I headed over right away. I was greeted with the same level of courtesy and enthusiasm. Sean was extremely thorough explaining what the estimate would entail and exactly what they were planning to do. I could tell that he was genuinely a good guy who really enjoyed his work. The waiting area was small but very comfortable with coffee, snacks and water. I walked over to grab some breakfast nearby and came back after an hour. I had to wait for another hour because it was identified that the coolant had to be recharged and my ac fan relay was not working. Sean quickly called around to get the part needed. In the meanwhile, Sean texted me a web link to a full diagnostics details with photos. He went over and beyond to explain everything in detail and made honest recommendations. Because the less refrigerent was needed to top off than initially anticipated, Sean adjusted the final cost which was lower than given. Even with the fan relay replacement, my final cost came out less than his estimate. These guys are doing it right and have definitely earned my business for all serviceable issues in the future. HUGE fan of this shop. Sometimes it's really overwhelming going into a mechanic not knowing exactly what you need done, or if you're even going to be getting what you've paid for. This is my second visit to Shaeffer Bros and I am just so grateful I've found them. I've lived in the area for 7 years and I've gone to a bunch of different shops that have always given me the run around. Not these guys! Sean shows me actual pictures of what's going on in my car and explains to me what needs to happen, and Bryan gets the job done correct the first time so I'm not worried about what ifs in the future. 10/10 mechanic shop. It's really hard to find good mechanics you can trust and won't charge you an arm and a leg. We'll look no farther than Sean and Bryan. Both these brothers enter business and are very customer friendly and honest. They are very informative and do a thorough job. I really appreciate that they did a full work up of my truck with the oil change and gave me a checklist of things that need work. What really sold me was they weren't pushy and weren't looking for a sale or to make more money. They just informed me what they recommend to prioritize first and left it up to me to decide what I wanted done and when. Insanely impressed with my service here. I came in asking about a valve gasket cover replacement because it was recommended by another mechanic and AC just went out. Sean did a full vehicle inspection and addressed all my concerns with pictures and explained everything to me.
