These guys are great! Took my Lincoln there for what I thought could be thousands of dollars...honesty from a mechanic was crucial here. Turns out it was a vacuum leak...but they could have said all the spark plugs needed to go and I would've been none the wiser. Honesty and integrity are important in a mechanic, and these guys do both! I've found my new mechanic! read more

Took my truck here due to the springs not seated correctly and one if my shocks was leaning against the spring not even seated in the cap and bolted down from prior vehicle owner. They took the truck in diagnosed it quickly got new shocks since the previous ones weren't good anymore. They replaced the shocks correctly checked all the rest of my suspension and did an entire vehicle inspection notified me of anything else and then checked up on me a few days later to see how the truck was performing. Then performed an alignment once everything was good to go. Awesome shop with very knowledgeable mechanics! These guys got me out of a bind so i could make it home an hour away without worrying about issues with my front suspension. Definitely will be coming back here for any vehicle needs! read more

Here's a polished, five-star review that still sounds real, warm, and trustworthy, with a little storytelling woven in: I'll be honest, I don't have much prior knowledge about cars, and I often feel like that puts me in a position where I could easily be taken advantage of. Because of that, I'm usually pretty cautious and stressed when it comes to car repairs. Coming here, however, completely changed that experience for me, and I can confidently say I've become a loyal customer. From the start, everything felt transparent and fair. The prices were genuinely affordable, and at no point did I feel pressured or cheated. At one point, I was quoted a price, but after Sean double-checked, he actually found a cheaper option and gave it to me. He easily could've kept the higher price, but instead chose honesty, which says a lot about the integrity of this place. They also gave me a free inspection without me even asking and identified issues with my car that I wasn't aware of. After calling around to compare prices, I realized theirs were some of the best out there, especially considering the quality of service. I truly can't give this place a higher recommendation. Five stars without hesitation. Huge shout-out to Sean for making this such a positive, stress-free experience. Very unfortunate how little shops like this operate. Given first relationship was the most friendliest and promising, I later found out that my vehicle that I spent thousands on and hasn't worked in months, that the parts I paid for to install were not the same ones I had bought. Nissan dealership would later inspect and confirm that the parts that were put on at this untrustworthy shop were in fact Not the parts I had bought from the dealership to have installed at this place. Imagine I have a new car and haven't enjoyed it in a long time because of this shop. Sad times we're living in. read more

I tried Schaefer Bros for the first time and I was very pleased with the service. Sean gives you a written estimate before starting and keeps you updated during the repairs via text. The prices are fair and reasonable. read more

Great service! Friendly, professional and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend and will be going there again.

Second visit to this shop, and again feel they are top notch. I know we all have a lot of choice as to where to take our cars. But Sean and Bryan are super knowledgeable, and fix it right the first time. Their communication is great, explain the diagnosis and repair needed. They're passionate about their trade/craft. Please support a local small business if you're in need of repairs. You won't be disappointed. read more

They responded right away. Made me feel super comfortable over the phone and in person. They seem honest, knowledgeable and very caring. Come check them out before going anywhere else! I came in for a few different things. They took good care of my car. Excellent reliable car service! They even sent me a text with pictures of the diagnostics for my car. Super cool to see everything visually of what they spoke to me about my car. Schaefer Brothers Automative will be my go to mechanics from now on! read more

This guy's are amazing! I found myself in a pickle when I was driving from work to home. My AC went out and my engine started over heating..pulled into a Carl's jr to wait for the engine to cool down and started to look around for shops that were open on a Saturday nearby...most places were closed and the ones that were open couldn't even take me the same day ...i ran across these guys and spoke to Sean who told me bring it right in we will get you all squared away....went they did the inspection for free....could have charged me for a brand new AC thing but they troubled shot it and figured it out that it was just the module that had gone out ...Sean at the office was super welcoming ...i ended up passing out on their couch as I had just worked a 12 hour night shift. these brothers are from the East Coast and they bring a great reputation out here ...i think seans lady even brought their cute little pug into the office and he was so cool just hanging out in there ...if you ever find yourself in a pickle you guys make sure you make it down here! read more

It wasn't clear on what they'd fix. Too expensive. Not reliable on product use or parts using.

Where can I even begin , this has been the best choice I could've made , everything went smooth from beginning to end. Sean and his team are the best no doubt. Sean kept me informed throughout the whole process of my car and he was even able to get me parts that same day and finish work on my car that same day even after being busy with all other cars. I will FORSURE be returning here in the future with any car issues and I will recommend everyone to come to this spot. Forsure the best shop out here. Thank you once again for everything Sean your work is much appreciated. -Emilio read more

I needed some new tires and an alignment. The free diagnosis they offered me really caught my attention. This felt like a bang for my buck service as they lowered my alignment cost with the purchase of some tires at an overall great value. I'd like to give a nod to Sean as he's a chill guy. read more

Amazing service! The best experience I've had with mechanics, they are honest and pleasant to work with. Sean was especially great for explaining everything done for the repair with great detail & updates. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here and recommending them to anyone who needs repairs/maintenance. read more

Highly recommend. Very professional people and trustworthy. Had my A/C fixed and blowing very cold air now! I am very satisfied.

Honest guys who do good work at fair prices. Good mechanics are difficult to find. When you find one that also treats you with respect, works with your budget, and explains the work being done, you've found yourself a great mechanic. For as long as these guys are in business, they have me and my wife as customers. read more

Very helpful, friendly, and informative! They also offer payment plans which I really appreciate.

Don't let the low review numbers stop you from giving Schaefer Brothers a shot. From the moment I connected with Bryan through Yelp to getting my AC repair job done just few hours later, Schaefer has been nothing but impressive. My wife's Honda Odyssey had intermittent AC problem with poor cooling performance. With the dayhigh temp being 104 today, I decided I couldn't wait longer to get the AC looked at. Shortly after getting a Yelp response from Bryan, I called them at 9 in the morning on a Saturday and spoke to Sean. Sean was extremely accomodating and friendly. He told me that he can fit me in for a quick inspection/repair and get me out by noon because I had other plans in the afternoon for Mother's Day. I headed over right away. I was greeted with the same level of courtesy and enthusiasm. Sean was extremely thorough explaining what the estimate would entail and exactly what they were planning to do. I could tell that he was genuinely a good guy who really enjoyed his work. The waiting area was small but very comfortable with coffee, snacks and water. I walked over to grab some breakfast nearby and came back after an hour. I had to wait for another hour because it was identified that the coolant had to be recharged and my ac fan relay was not working. Sean quickly called around to get the part needed. In the meanwhile, Sean texted me a web link to a full diagnostics details with photos. He went over and beyond to explain everything in detail and made honest recommendations. Because the less refrigerent was needed to top off than initially anticipated, Sean adjusted the final cost which was lower than given. Even with the fan relay replacement, my final cost came out less than his estimate. These guys are doing it right and have definitely earned my business for all serviceable issues in the future. I have rarely been happy at an autoshop but I left 100% satisfied. Keep up the good work! read more

HUGE fan of this shop. Sometimes it's really overwhelming going into a mechanic not knowing exactly what you need done, or if you're even going to be getting what you've paid for. This is my second visit to Shaeffer Bros and I am just so grateful I've found them. I've lived in the area for 7 years and I've gone to a bunch of different shops that have always given me the run around. Not these guys! Sean shows me actual pictures of what's going on in my car and explains to me what needs to happen, and Bryan gets the job done correct the first time so I'm not worried about what ifs in the future. 10/10 mechanic shop. Fantastic dudes that run this place. I love how honest and to the point they are. I never feel like I'm being given the run around or paying for work that I don't need. They've made a customer for life out of me, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks for making me feel safe in the shop and on the road :) read more

It's really hard to find good mechanics you can trust and won't charge you an arm and a leg. We'll look no farther than Sean and Bryan. Both these brothers enter business and are very customer friendly and honest. They are very informative and do a thorough job. I really appreciate that they did a full work up of my truck with the oil change and gave me a checklist of things that need work. What really sold me was they weren't pushy and weren't looking for a sale or to make more money. They just informed me what they recommend to prioritize first and left it up to me to decide what I wanted done and when. I will definatly go to these brothers for any work I need done on my car. read more

Insanely impressed with my service here. I came in asking about a valve gasket cover replacement because it was recommended by another mechanic and AC just went out. Sean did a full vehicle inspection and addressed all my concerns with pictures and explained everything to me. Turns out I didn't need the first service but ended up having to replace the entire AC system. I was worried it would cost me a fortune but I was very happy with the final price. I will definitely be returning here for all my car needs. read more
