I took my 2025 superduty to LTW to be lifted. I had Josh install a Carli lift, air bags, and steering stabilizers. The shop jammed an impact gut between my shackle bolt and bedside and dented my aluminum bed outward. The best part is Josh didn't even tell me. When confronted he owned up to it but he has not repaired my truck and is now dodging me. This has been handled so poorly on LTW's part. Please do yourself a favor and take your truck anywhere else. read more

However, Mike let his ego get the better of him instead of focusing on what is necessary for running a successful and leading-edge business. Josh is the more competent of the two owners. Huge Thanks to Josh,Mike and their amazing crew. Came in for a new set of tires and they were able to narrow down the best selection for my truck. I initially gave them the wrong tire specs for my truck and had them start on my truck come to find out halfway through they were the incorrect size (my mistake!) Aside from giving the wrong specs, they put my tires back together and ordered me the correct size with no problem, no negative remarks. Came back for when correct size arrived and had me on the road again in no time. They also managed to remove a tps light that had been on for decades and I had shops tell me It was "unfixable". This business was referred to me by a friend from a google search and showed 5 star reviews. We went and booked to have an LED light bar installed behind our front grill of our 2021 Tahoe Premier. The business did not disappoint! Great customer service, professional job on the installation. The lights look great! Several months ago we went on a trip to Texas driving at night. We couldn't see the roads with our original headlights. It was unsafe. We decided to get the LED light bar installed behind the front grill. What a huge difference it makes! We can see when we're driving at night now where there's no street lights and driving in the country. You just have to remember to turn them off (they install a switch) when there's any oncoming traffic because they're super bright. I Highly recommend this business!! read more

What can I say that hasn't already been said about Mike & Josh! These guys are super friendly, non intimidating and welcome any and all questions regarding your buildout. They made the entire process easy and made recommendations based off my main usage for the vehicle. One story of validation: When I was calling around other businesses to see how big of a tire/wheel combo I could run on my passenger van, I was met with a lot of probables and uncertainty because not many people do work. The second I brought the rig in, both Mike and Josh knew exactly what we could run and cautioned going too large for potential with passenger sliding door. All other shops weren't even aware of potential issue. Very impressed. When I was ready to make a decision, they took a deposit over the phone and quickly scheduled me for an appointment once my parts arrived. Mike helped me he went above and beyond, gave a couple options and I ended up getting the king shocks 2.5 with dirt king upper arms for my Tundra. Have a 23 Denali Ultimate and no shop wanted to touch my truck due to the technology in the truck this spot said they can do it and I've had to return every month for repairs they messed up my electrical system. I should've went back to my old spot HTW Motorsports in Upland, 365 E. Foothill Blvd. I would not recommend this spot to anymore who unless they want to ruin their vehicle. I bought a 2020 Chevy 2500 truck. I wanted to lift my truck but I had no knowledge in lifts, shocks etc .. I went to one shop to inquire about lifting the truck but the representative was too busy for me and I felt like I was inconveniencing him.
