I brought my vehicle in to have the wrap repaired/re-wrapped after one side of the vehicle had been…read moredamaged. Unfortunately, the quality of the finished work is not what I expected from a professional wrap shop. The photos speak for themselves. There are obvious areas where the film has been cut short, leaving exposed sections along the edge, uneven/jagged cuts, and areas where the film is already lifting/peeling. This isn't simply a matter of a small edge needing to be sealed--the underlying issue is the way the film was cut and installed. I appreciate that the business offered to address the problem by re-sealing the edges. However, I don't believe re-sealing fixes the actual issue when the film itself doesn't adequately cover the panel and has been cut unevenly. Additionally, I was informed by Danny, another reason for this was the car was picked up the next day. Of which, I find rather funny considering my car was dropped off on Thursday and given back on Monday due to an unforeseen incident of braking my tail light as part of the process and needing to replace it. Those pics can be shared at another time. What was particularly frustrating was the discussion afterward. Rather than simply acknowledging the workmanship issue, I was repeatedly asked what my "expectations" were and was given explanations such as the car kit being too small. If the kit is in fact too small to properly cover the intended area, that should be identified before installation rather than used afterward to explain visible deficiencies in the finished product. I'm not expecting perfection, but I do expect clean cuts, proper coverage, properly finished edges, and professional workmanship--especially when paying for a re-wrap. I am posting this review because I hope the owner sees the photos and understands that my concern isn't about being overly picky, @nick I actually came here out of your own recommendation at Corona cars and coffee. The issue is plainly visible in the finished product. I would have preferred to have this resolved by addressing the actual installation problem rather than being told that the condition is essentially the result of the kit being too small. With this being stated, I am sure I will see you again at cars and coffee and you can see for yourself. We can then revisit this if a proper resolution is provided. Update: Since posting my original review, the owner, Nick, personally reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that he took the time to listen, understand the issues I raised, and work toward a resolution. He offered what I believe is a fair and reasonable solution, which demonstrates that he genuinely cares about his customers and the reputation of his business. While my original concerns regarding the workmanship remain valid based on the condition of the vehicle when it was returned to me, I also believe it's important to recognize businesses that make a sincere effort to make things right when concerns are brought to their attention. Nick's willingness to engage directly, acknowledge my concerns, and work toward a satisfactory outcome speaks highly of his customer service and commitment to his clients. Once the corrective work has been completed, I look forward to updating this review again to reflect the final results and, hopefully, provide a more complete and positive assessment of the quality of work this shop is capable of delivering. At the end of the day, how a business responds when things don't go perfectly is just as important as the original work itself.
