Andy, the owner, was especially great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process, taking the time to walk me through the differences between the various tint shades and explaining the different XPEL tint tiers and their benefits. He did not rush or upsell me, instead recommending most reasonable option within my budget. On top of that, their pricing was unbeatable. I highly recommend prime auto care solutions to anyone looking for quality tint work.

They did great job removing the old material and applying a new tint perfectly. They also walked me around my car to show me defects I hadn't even noticed and warned me that my other windows would likey start bubbling soon. I really value their honesty and expertise. I will be coming back to get the rest of my windows done here ! Update (June): I came back to the shop to get the rest of my windows finished, and they did another Fantastic job! They did 5% on the rear windows and 15% on the front windows. I'll be returning again to get the front windshield done. I'd give them 10 stars if I could, but Google only allows 1 review. They have a great staff and amazing craftmanship. Thank you Prime Auto Care! They worked on my VW sedan.

Premier Armor exceeded every expectation with the paint protection film and front windshield skin…read moreinstallation on my 911. The craftsmanship here is truly second to none. Every edge is tucked cleanly, the seams are virtually invisible around complex body curves and trim, and the finish looks completely seamless under their inspection lighting. The front windshield skin turned out equally pristine--crystal clear with zero optical distortion, giving me complete peace of mind against rock chips on technical mountain drives and highway commutes alike. What really makes Premier Armor special is the people behind it. Nick and Daddy treat every car that rolls through their doors as if it were their own. Their communication, transparency, and pride in their work are rare to find. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and took the time to walk me through post-care maintenance with genuine passion. If you care about perfection, clean installs, and working with good, honest people who take pride in their craft, bring your car to Nick and Daddy at Premier Armor. Highest recommendation possible.

I brought my vehicle in to have the wrap repaired/re-wrapped after one side of the vehicle had been…read moredamaged. Unfortunately, the quality of the finished work is not what I expected from a professional wrap shop. The photos speak for themselves. There are obvious areas where the film has been cut short, leaving exposed sections along the edge, uneven/jagged cuts, and areas where the film is already lifting/peeling. This isn't simply a matter of a small edge needing to be sealed--the underlying issue is the way the film was cut and installed. I appreciate that the business offered to address the problem by re-sealing the edges. However, I don't believe re-sealing fixes the actual issue when the film itself doesn't adequately cover the panel and has been cut unevenly. Additionally, I was informed by Danny, another reason for this was the car was picked up the next day. Of which, I find rather funny considering my car was dropped off on Thursday and given back on Monday due to an unforeseen incident of braking my tail light as part of the process and needing to replace it. Those pics can be shared at another time. What was particularly frustrating was the discussion afterward. Rather than simply acknowledging the workmanship issue, I was repeatedly asked what my "expectations" were and was given explanations such as the car kit being too small. If the kit is in fact too small to properly cover the intended area, that should be identified before installation rather than used afterward to explain visible deficiencies in the finished product. I'm not expecting perfection, but I do expect clean cuts, proper coverage, properly finished edges, and professional workmanship--especially when paying for a re-wrap. I am posting this review because I hope the owner sees the photos and understands that my concern isn't about being overly picky, @nick I actually came here out of your own recommendation at Corona cars and coffee. The issue is plainly visible in the finished product. I would have preferred to have this resolved by addressing the actual installation problem rather than being told that the condition is essentially the result of the kit being too small. With this being stated, I am sure I will see you again at cars and coffee and you can see for yourself. We can then revisit this if a proper resolution is provided. Update: Since posting my original review, the owner, Nick, personally reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that he took the time to listen, understand the issues I raised, and work toward a resolution. He offered what I believe is a fair and reasonable solution, which demonstrates that he genuinely cares about his customers and the reputation of his business. While my original concerns regarding the workmanship remain valid based on the condition of the vehicle when it was returned to me, I also believe it's important to recognize businesses that make a sincere effort to make things right when concerns are brought to their attention. Nick's willingness to engage directly, acknowledge my concerns, and work toward a satisfactory outcome speaks highly of his customer service and commitment to his clients. Once the corrective work has been completed, I look forward to updating this review again to reflect the final results and, hopefully, provide a more complete and positive assessment of the quality of work this shop is capable of delivering. At the end of the day, how a business responds when things don't go perfectly is just as important as the original work itself. Based on my interaction with Nick, I can see why many customers continue to support and recommend this shop.

I did call before hand to make sure they were able to squeeze me in time wise. I was in and out in about an hour give or take a few minutes. Very professional and the staff were nice. I was missing a cord needed for install and they do carry most anything you need for dash cams or car upgrades. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a dash installed. They do offer a warranty on the work itself. The sitting area is pretty small and there isn't like a tv or anything. If you can leave your car and come back for it I would recommend that if you can. Again call in advance just to get an idea of how long it will be but if you can drop off it's probably easier. It's really a walk in basis by the looks of it. The value is there since it's not something I felt I could do on my own unless I wanted exposed wires. They do sell some too as well but I'm not sure the price on them. So you can bring your own dash cams for install and it's just the labor that's being charged of course. The place is conveniently located and easy to find. Plenty of parking right in front. Would definitely recommend. I didn't really shop around price wise since I really was looking to just get it done as soon as possible and I like that I didn't have to wait for any appointments or anything like that.
