I brought my vehicle in to have the wrap repaired/re-wrapped after one side of the vehicle had been damaged. Unfortunately, the quality of the finished work is not what I expected from a professional wrap shop. The photos speak for themselves. There are obvious areas where the film has been cut short, leaving exposed sections along the edge, uneven/jagged cuts, and areas where the film is already lifting/peeling. This isn't simply a matter of a small edge needing to be sealed--the underlying issue is the way the film was cut and installed. I appreciate that the business offered to address the problem by re-sealing the edges. However, I don't believe re-sealing fixes the actual issue when the film itself doesn't adequately cover the panel and has been cut unevenly. Additionally, I was informed by Danny, another reason for this was the car was picked up the next day. Of which, I find rather funny considering my car was dropped off on Thursday and given back on Monday due to an unforeseen incident of braking my tail light as part of the process and needing to replace it. Those pics can be shared at another time. What was particularly frustrating was the discussion afterward. Rather than simply acknowledging the workmanship issue, I was repeatedly asked what my "expectations" were and was given explanations such as the car kit being too small. If the kit is in fact too small to properly cover the intended area, that should be identified before installation rather than used afterward to explain visible deficiencies in the finished product. I'm not expecting perfection, but I do expect clean cuts, proper coverage, properly finished edges, and professional workmanship--especially when paying for a re-wrap. I am posting this review because I hope the owner sees the photos and understands that my concern isn't about being overly picky, @nick I actually came here out of your own recommendation at Corona cars and coffee. The issue is plainly visible in the finished product. I would have preferred to have this resolved by addressing the actual installation problem rather than being told that the condition is essentially the result of the kit being too small. With this being stated, I am sure I will see you again at cars and coffee and you can see for yourself. We can then revisit this if a proper resolution is provided. Update: Since posting my original review, the owner, Nick, personally reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that he took the time to listen, understand the issues I raised, and work toward a resolution. He offered what I believe is a fair and reasonable solution, which demonstrates that he genuinely cares about his customers and the reputation of his business. While my original concerns regarding the workmanship remain valid based on the condition of the vehicle when it was returned to me, I also believe it's important to recognize businesses that make a sincere effort to make things right when concerns are brought to their attention. Nick's willingness to engage directly, acknowledge my concerns, and work toward a satisfactory outcome speaks highly of his customer service and commitment to his clients. Once the corrective work has been completed, I look forward to updating this review again to reflect the final results and, hopefully, provide a more complete and positive assessment of the quality of work this shop is capable of delivering. At the end of the day, how a business responds when things don't go perfectly is just as important as the original work itself. After moving from Northern California to Southern California, I was thinking it was time to do the So Cal thing and get my windows tinted in preparation for the summer. There are many shops around the OC area but decided to go to Premier Armor for their quality and service. I got all windows of my Tesla Y tinted including the sunroof and windshield to put the heat protection on them. If I remember correctly they use the Xpel brand. The display in the waiting area really showed how the tints can help prevent the heat from entering your car. That display really sold me. They also have many trophies and awards above their complimentary coffee and drinks. Within the shop there are always really cool exotic cars and always plenty of Teslas getting wrapped or tinted. The turnaround time was quick and the tints look really good. Premier Armor group has my Trust! Where do I start? These guys know their stuff and more so, are very easy to work with. I was one of the skeptics who did not believe Tesla had a lot of paint and build quality issues and pulled the trigger on a Model S Plaid. Prior to picking up my car, I visited the Premier Armor site and had a walk-through with Erik and also Met Nick and the team. All were very professional and very detailed in their craft. Erik was my auto protection consultant and took his time to ask what I wanted and how long I was keeping the car for. After he understood my needs, he started to recommend the products and their benefits to each product. Fair to say, I was not his easiest customer as I came with a firm budget and also had my wife influencing my decision. I recall a few pointers Erik had mentioned right off the back as if I ever owned a Tesla and have I had been on long drives in one. Being this is my first Tesla he was very detailed and advised me that with the heat from the all-glass roof, things will get hot and stay hot. More so, blasting the AC would make the drive noisy, uncomfortable, and annoying while the car will get much fewer miles per charge. So he suggested a darker tint for the glass roof. I AM SOO GLAD I TOOK HIS ADVICE!!! Then we moved on to window tinting color and he took the information I gave him and suggested a completed shade suggestion. Although it was 1 shade darker than I wanted, i agreed and went with it. Man, it turned out amazing. (New film technology is darker from the outside but looks almost untinted from the inside). Overall, the shade of the tint came out perfect to my liking. I learned to listen to the pros going forward. haha, especially Erik. Then we on to talk about the PPF, we discussed many options but because I was firm on owning a blacked-out Model S, I stuck to clear. Erik did suggest going matted as it will show more definition of the Tesla Model S since it does not have a lot of edge so it would make the car stand out more. I struggled with this decision as my wife wanted a clean factory-looking model S so I decided to go clear. HA, a week later, I texted Erik and told him I wish I had gone matted. haha. So only decision, I decided against their decision, and I soon regretted it. haha There are many other details things Premier Armor crew has gone above and beyond for me. They helped me walk through the car and found all the issues Tesla ended up fixing before the PPF installation. They kept my car charged since it was within the first 100 miles. (Battery conditioning). Help me reinstall the spoiler Tesla replaced me (the original one had a chip on it). Erik highly suggested windshield protection and I am glad I took his advice. All and all my car turned out beautiful and just the way I want it. Thanks to this trusty group of professionals, I feel my hard-earned money was well spent. Professional prices for mediocre service. Save your time and money and get your window tint done elsewhere. Jagged edges and crooked edges on many of the tinted panels. Multiple large scraps of tint pushed under seats and left in the vehicle. A perceived disregard for customer property, my brand new vehicle was returned with scratches and dings on many interior panels, including the backseat arm wrests and the A pillar trim. I received the impression that the shop is quite understaffed for the volume they take on, resulting in obviously rushed and unprofessional product. I had my vehicle redone FOUR times, each seemingly worse than the last. With the final results being better, but questionable for the price paid. Go somewhere that will do it right the first time, or even the second. I only received window tint, I cannot speak to their PPF services. read more

Also a couple of Sliplo pieces had to get replaced because the adhesive was coming off. Nick is very accommodating & was great on communicating on setting an appointment when I was available. Little late on my review but I got to give it up for Nick and the guys over at Premier! I took my 2018 Mercedes Benz S560 straight from the lot to Premier. I had went in and talked to Nick about getting the Expel clear bra and tint installed. He was very detailed about the products he uses and the installation process. Got the car back and loved everything about it. I did find a couple tiny bubbles in one of the back windows and Nick had me immediately bring it back and replaced the tint on that window no questions asked. I brought in my BMW 650i for some Expel clear bra on my mirrors and they even fixed (for free) a portion on the front bumper I had done at another shop. I'll be taking the Benz back so he can do the ceramic coating on my wheels next. Don't even look anywhere else.
