    I tried to give them another chance but they failed "again" with their workmanship. I'll never refer them and let alone consider them for my vehicle's. Damien was my sales person around Dec 8th and he didn't do the install but I spent about $3k with a nice stereo and remote start alarm which I got installed with electrical tape and no connectors. Thankfully Damien didn't call me back when I wanted to take my Can Am for major upgrades because I would have had the same problem as with my truck. I found out how they installed my equipment when I was adding fog lights to my truck so I would have never known I paid top dollar for equipment and cheap labor install or no experience labor. Look at the way the cut my wires and wire tape them with no connectors. You can buy Connectors for pennies and they can't even supply them, what a joke. Thankfully I had it redone by the shop that did my Can Am. Thanks for not calling me back for the Can Am work.

    Fire caused by alarm they installed

    Had a alarm installed by this shop Dec 17, 2025 On my new Dodge charger scatpack Fast foward to Feb 6 2026 It caught on fire on my way to work. Currently in shop right now as they ruled the alarm wasnt installed right DONT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE. Will be going after them soon so is my insurance

    I should have written this a long time ago but better late than never I guess. So I have come here before. I've brought 3-4 cars over the last 15 or more years. I have had good experiences in the past so I kept coming back. Now I live over an hour away but I am a loyal customer. So I brought my brand new Subaru to these guys some time ago maybe a year now? I am just now getting around to a review of the experience. It took me a while to understand how bad the installation was and became unhappy about it. Overall I liked the sales guy he was cool and quoted some decent pricing. They had everything in stock and were able to tend to me immediately. I left my car with them to install an amp and 2 subs. After a few hours, I got the call my car was finished. It was dark so I couldn't really see how well things looked but it sounded great. That was really the end of the good part. Over the next several weeks I noticed some things I didn't care for lots of exposed wires, broken clips, torn trunk mat, and areas where the trunk mat is no longer tucked in nicely. I also have a panel that seems misaligned and won't go back into place. It took me a while to notice it all because honestly I wasn't expecting any problems or looking for anything. Little by little I started to notice it more and more. Now lately my amp is dangling because the screws mounting my amp came loose. I also noticed that he drilled several holes before finding the proper place to mount the amp on the rear of my seat. Needless to say, I am mortified by the shape of my car. I brought them a pristine car after all. I didn't complain to them or give them the chance to fix it. I was afraid to let them touch it again. I decided to just not go back. The condition of the car kept eating at me so I decided I would make sure others had a chance to see my experience. I will never be back. I have found a new stereo shop to do my business with.

    This place is awesome. Damien took great care of my car and hooked up a new stereo, speakers and alarm for my S2000. Great atmosphere, and the workers are all super nice. The quality of work is amazing. Took it back to them a few weeks later to switch out my headlights for me and once again, Damien was awesome. He took the time to get the right parts for my headlights and made sure everything was perfect for my car. Highly recommend this place and trust them to do great quality work!

    For parts yes, just watch you purchase void... my husband went in to buy a battery, the sales car…read morecharge his card then voided it. Because my husband decided to use a different car. We that void never happened almost $200 was charged & not refunded. I went in to speak to them in person to straighten things out & get my refund... The manager at the time ( German) was rude when I explained to him what happened & I needed the refund... he asked for the voided receipt, & I showed him that it did get pulled from my account. Even showed him a letter from my bank that it was deducted from my account. After 20mins of him looking through their books, called corporate... he came back rude & said it doesn't show in his system. Asked for my # & said corporate will call me. Also asked to take a copy of the receipt... well I didn't wait for that call. I just let my bank handle it at this time. Manager was rude as hell (German) to me like as if I stole from him. I told him yo go back & check his cameras. There he'll find his thief.
