After four hours we had a working LineOutConverter, capacitor, epicenter, amplifier and subwoofer. The cable work was dealer quality. I have dealt with other stereo shops in riverside like pacific and advance auto sound but they have lost a customer. It's nothing against them, I was always satisfied with the results and products but just the experience I had at Azteca was just that good that they now get mine and my family's business from now on. The owner Tony is very personable and friendly and accommodating. We had a nice conversation the entire time he was working on my car as if we were friends for years. Most importantly he was diligent, knowledgeable and the price was more than fair. I'll be going right back in a few days to have them do another job. This place is a hidden gem and 5 star spot, I highly recommend I may have prematurely misjudged this place after one experience. I went back to have them do a system installation and the guy never showed up and would not even answer my calls, after scheduling an appointment with me for the very next morning. I was there at the agreed on time and waited for an hour and a half before it became obvious he wasn't going to show or take my calls. Business must be pretty good for him to treat customers so poorly but he won't be getting anymore from my friends or family and this can be considered a formal rescinding of my 5 star review. Tony is phenomenal. This really is the ONLY place in the IE to go for a car audio system that actually takes their time on your car and can do very professional work all in the same day. All the other places nearby San Bernardino or in Riverside either do bad work with fake reviews OR won't see you until the weekend when they have a line of other people out the door and will take 2 days to finish your car. 1st of all the canceled my original appointment date and time. Then when I went in during a available time they tell me the cables aren't long enough to go where it's ment to be. They tell me they tried many times with other cars. But I told them I seen it done on you tube with the same kind of car. But still said it wouldn't reach. So I took it to another shop and they had no problem and never said it was going to be a issue. Seem to me that the shop was doing other kind of repairs and didn't want to do the work. read more

Tony, the owner was very kind and professional. He cut me a good deal on a Bluetooth radio installation. He let me know every thing that was going to go into the car and was very good with communication , as far as letting me know the ETA and status of the vehicle. He came across some issues with installing my radio due to the type of car that required extra parts and did not charge me extra. The radio head unit works AWESOME, and we were very happy and satisfied. We called around different audio shops, many of which wanted to charge us $350 and up and he was the only one who took the time to explain everything and give us a better deal. So basically about a year ago I decided that I wanted to finally get like a LEGIT SYSTEM for once.... Me being me, I went to a local stereo shop and talked to a guy about what equipment is top quality. He pointed me in the right direction and all said and done I spent about $1500 on everything I needed. Thought I could install it myself, soon to find out that I had no idea what I was doing. So... I take to the nearest stereo shop and have them install and hook up everything. Now, for a while everything has been OKAY, but not great. Here and there my subs would randomly stop working, and 1 of my amps would go into protection mode. LONG STORY SHORT, I have been driving to all kinds of different stereo shops trying to get some help.... They were either to busy, or wanted to charge an arm and a leg JUST TO CHECK IT OUT! So I went searching online and found AZTECA AUTO SOUND! I called him and explained what was going on... he responded with "when can you bring it in, so I can check it out?" So literally as soon as we got off the phone I was on my way. Talk about an honest, genuine and expert in his profession. I am so pleased with the service here. I brought my phone here 2 times in 2 weeks first was that it flew off my car and needed a new screen. This place was open on Sunday! I was able to drop it off and then they stayed until I got off work to retrieve my phone.
