    my car breaks were pretty bad last few weeks i been metal to metal i knew i needed them fix but with holidays and knowing i would be spending some money i hesitated to go anywhere until i searched and found us auto care in riverside not only was the customer service great ,edward really made me feel like he cared and he did with there acima leasing making it affordable to get the work i needed done ,low down payment , i left my car there for the day edward even offered me a loner car so i was able to take kids to school i wasnt without a vehicle for the day ,my car is now safe to drive thank you edward and team i now found a place i will recommend to family ans friends and continue my vehicle maintenance here ..

    I have a Nissan versa 2011, I took my car to different mechanics , every time I got a different diagnostic and nobody fix the problem. A friend recommended US AUTOCARE and I really glad I went. Really thankful for their service and truly appreciated Marcos took his time to explained me what's going on with my car!

    First time coming to an instant oil change service, for context…read more I arrive and there are three cars having their oil changed at the same time, with no one else waiting in line. I line up behind a car and am waiting 10-15 minutes without anyone having come up to me at this point. Eventually, another person drives up and is immediately greeted and let known where to go, before I make confused eye-contact with the person who greeted them, given I wasn't told anything. After a few minutes, the man working there walks over to my car and lets me know to get into a different lane that will be finishing soon, so I do so. Turns out the person who arrived after me was placed into a lane that finished first, while I was placed into a lane that still needed more time, despite the additional time I spent waiting without having been instructed on where to go. Seeing that someone who had just gotten there was immediately greeted while I was only greeted shortly afterwards, despite having been in line for more than 10 minutes was already not the best experience, but something I was willing to let go. Realizing that I was given a spot where I would be waiting for an additional length of time after the person who got there 10 minutes after me was awful and enough to get me to leave. For context, if you are going there alone as a woman and don't have a newer model car, I would advise you not to go by yourself (or without a male companion). The whole experience felt discriminatory in and of itself.

    I came in for an oil change yesterday, January 12, and was the only customer in the bay at the…read moretime. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional, so this message is not meant as an attack, just an important FYI. As is typical, I was offered additional services, and this time I agreed to have my air filter replaced. During that process, I personally observed the technician struggling to reinstall the air filter. He even told a coworker that he was having trouble getting it back in properly, and it was clear there was difficulty getting the part seated correctly. After I left, I noticed some mild shaking while driving, but it wasn't severe at first. I drove to Anaheim and, on the return trip, the vibration became much worse once I reached Corona. I assumed it might just need time to settle, so I waited until the next day. Unfortunately, the shaking worsened, especially when accelerating, and my check engine light came on. I took my car to my Honda specialist today, and he found that the intake tube connected to the air filter had been damaged. This was not an issue prior to my visit, my car was running perfectly before the oil change and air filter replacement. I'm not here to assign blame, but the timing and circumstances are concerning. I now have to pay out of pocket to repair damage that did not exist before this service, and it occurred immediately after the air filter was handled and struggled with during my visit. I wanted to make you aware of this situation so it can be reviewed and addressed internally. I will not be returning for future service, but I believe you should know what happened.
