I want to thank Edward for the wonderfully great service work U.S Autocare did on my vehicle. I described the problem I was having and he knew exactly what the problem was. I am very pleased and satisfied with my service work and two days after dropping my vehicle off it was fixed and ready to go and the cost was reasonable and affordable. I own a Chevy vehicle, I took it to the chevy dealership in Moreno Valley and I explained to them the exact same thing I explained to Edward. They had me leave my vehicle with them for 24-48 hours (which ended up being 5 days and I had to rent a car to get to and from work). After paying $225.00 for diagnostic charges all they could tell me was that they needed to go into my vehicle's crankshaft to look for the problem further (which could turnout to be nothing at all) and it would cost an additional $1150.00. I was furious!!! Not only did they not fix or address the problem originally I came in there for, they tried to charge me for something my vehicle did not need. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the dealership for any work my vehicle needs done in the future. I will be returning to U.S Autocare for ALL of my vehicle service-repair needs...Thank you Edward. read more

To begin, I had spent lots of hours researching different shops to perform my certain needs. (Full suspension lift kit) on a Jeep Wrangler. Called in for a quote and EDDIE had told me to come in same day. Had an awesome experiance here at US Autocare. Came from OC for a leveling kit and tire and wheel installment. Didnt need an appointment and they finished in given time frame. Eddie was kind and patient with my choosing of wheels. Very knowledgeable, iam looking to modify more items on my truck and ill drive 45 minutes to his shop any day. 10/10 read more

He noticed that the last place I was serviced didn't put some screws in, and he offered to fix it for me for free. Went in for an oil change. In a matter of minutes I was informed by the friendly technician that I had a nail in my tire! He also gave me a heads up on my brakes that were almost metal to metal, had he not told I would have left to vegas with no brakes! Thanks guys for fixing my brakes so quick !
