Wow! It's no wonder this Smog check has such amazing reviews and stars. A smog check is not just a smog check here. The customer service and hospitality is real. That matters. That makes you take a few extra minutes to drive here for the service rather then go to the nearest option around the corner. Patricia helped me at the front desk, the price for service was more than reasonable. I will 100% be back and servicing all my cars here, as well as recommending it to others. Thank you CSAI smog check! God bless Found out they have an auto repair as well! I will most definitely be supporting that business as well. read more

This is hands down the best place I've ever been to. Not just because of the service, but because of the people. The owners and the mechanic are genuinely kind, honest, and welcoming, something you don't come across often these days. I was in and out in under ten minutes, and the mechanic even took the time to point out a rat nesting issue and showed me exactly where it was in my car and how to fix it. That level of transparency and care truly impressed me. When you meet people who are sincerely kind and generous, it fills your heart, and this experience absolutely did that for me. I'm honestly blown away. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! read more

I called and the lady who answered was very patient and kind to me on the phone with the questions I had! They send the paperwork over right away to the DMV and I thought $55 wasn't bad at all. I would come here again if I needed a smog. I know other locations are a bit pricier than them so they were the best bang for my buck! read more

This place is super conveniently located and the price was the same as the place I usually go to so I save myself to drive and ran over here really quick so I can get my stickers today. The wonderful woman behind the counter was super friendly and chilled to talk to the time went by quick and luckily the damn car passed. It's really old lol I would highly recommend! read more

I strongly recommend CASI, for any smog service needs. I was pleasantly greeted by a young lady. Seems that it is a husband and wife business. Walking into the establishment felt like a home. It was so quaint and comfortable. The young lady was very proficient and friendly.. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes, very pleased and will return if need be. read more

Lady inside is so nice but their workers, but her husband and their disrespectful employee could care less about you. Dont go here unless you want them to return ur car to you damaged/not fully working and not help you at all and just look at you dumb as if their more worried about being held liable than actually providing adequate customer service. Came in for a smog and left w a broken radio and absolutely no help from them what so ever only a 150$ offer to run a diagnostic to see what could be wrong. read more

Ok. I never imagined myself writing a review for an amazing experience having a smog check performed on my car but I had such a great experience that I would feel terrible NOT leaving a review. I bought a car from out of state and discovered that even though it's only two years old it needed to have a smog check done before it could be registered in CA. I've never had to get a smog check before but this was such a lovely experience. The women that helped me was so delightful and hilarious. The smog check took maybe 15 minutes and I was actually kind of bummed that it was so quick because she was cracking me up talking to her. I was dreading having another thing on "to do" list but everything about this place it a very good experience! read more

Friendly staff here. The prices are fair. There is a office lobby to wait during service. This will be my new go to place for smog checks.

This location is very close to our house and had passed by it several times but never went in. Have tried other smog check locations and I end up staying inside the car because the offices are small, hot and unwelcoming. This was such a different experience. The owners have created a beautiful waiting area and are very approachable and kind. Their prices are fair and the service is fast and thural. I take reviews very seriously as this is a way to find great places as a community. I highly recommend this location. read more

This business was recommended to me by my husband, so I took my car in for a smog. I was amazingly impressed with the service received. Edgar met me at the car and listened to my needs. He then held the door of the lobby open for my daughter and me. The waiting area is welcoming, and they have snacks. :) Patricia was working at the desk. She was welcoming, friendly, and charming. Amazing customer service. We stopped here because of its location, it is right in the middle of the street, and Jonathan welcomed us quickly. The waiting area was so lovely, it reminded me of a waiting area for model homes. Jonathan was so kind to me and my husband, he gave us amazing life advice (which was included with amazing service) and the service was so fast we even stayed a bit longer to chat. Thank you Jonathan for giving us a new view of going to a smog check location, having fast service, and great prices. We will be back! read more
