I was told that the smog check for Groupon is only for 2000 cars or newer. If not its $60. I told the staff that nowhere is that indicated in the fine print on the Groupon when I bought it. He agreed to honor the Groupon for me. But just an FYI for future customers. I was also charge $10 for the smog certification which I was already aware. Bought a Groupon for a smog check. Website said they opened at 10am. Got there about 10:15 doors were closed, called and guy who picked up said he was in a meeting and to give him until 10:45. I waited time passed, still nothing. Called again at 11 said to give him a few more minutes. Then I finally had enough and called again after about 10 minutes and he said to come back at 12. Really? I'm not waiting for 2 hours when you should be open. Hire more employees of you are going to be stuck in "meetings" for over 2 hours when your business is supposed to be open. What a joke and a complete waste of my time. read more
