Feels shady.... I went here to transfer ownership of my motorcycle. They said it would be $1452 to do so with new tags. Now they told me the DMV wanted 1253 and the $200 was a service charge. Which the guy discounted -$100... I go to the DMV and it was $619 to register... not sure what they were trying to get me to pay but even if they charge $200 extra.... Why double the price on me?? I would've paid $800 for the convenience... very shady place. JUST GO TO THE DMV FOR ANY THING RELATED. read more

Why erase my legitimate review? I can't imagine being involved in accident and have you guys as my agents. Instead of doing the right thing u decide to say I'm faking it? I was with you guys for over a year.. Worst customer support. These people charged me like 900 bucks for a service from the dmv that was like roughly 220. I didn't get a receipt from speedy only the one from the dmv and it didn't make sense.. you just made me wanna really do this, I'm going to report you to the BBB and FTC and everywhere else that's possible , you could've just taken the review constructively. Have a nice one Tony. Bro take me to court then because I have all the paperwork stamped from your business, I have the insurance envelope from every time I renewed and everything. I was with you guys for about a year, Alejandra was my agent. Stop playing. Also don't expect me to give you my info when you know who I am, you spoke to Alejandra that day, I have a receipt from aspire that came in the mail that showed i was only supposed to get charged 33.42 dollars and I got charged 233.42. Just to add a car to the insurance that was about to expire in a month. And you should verify with Alejandra. read more

When I called, I explained my situation and told them I was previously with a certain insurance and I wanted to be insured by that company again. They gave me a quote and asked for my bank information. A few minutes after I received the documents to sign and I was confused to see that I was insured by some other company that they failed to mention. I called them back and requested to cancel, they told me it would take 5-10 business days for a refund and that it would be sent through a check even though they charged me in seconds before I even signed any document. Failed to explain anything and hopefully they return the $500+ that I was charged since I have read that they didn't fully return other people their money. read more

Although it was relatively easy, they charged a $250 processing fee for a $15 title change. A ridiculous amount to pay!!! I was under the impression that it was also covering the tags that were coming due...NOPE, and they didn't explain it at the time before or after charging me, I had to call back later (actually twice because they didn't call back as promised) after I got a separate bill for the tags. They said their fee was $150 (never disclosed prior) and a separate third party processing fee was $100 (also never disclosed). And they don't tell you the total until after the transaction is completed. read more
