When I called, I explained my situation and told them I was previously with a certain insurance and I wanted to be insured by that company again. They gave me a quote and asked for my bank information. A few minutes after I received the documents to sign and I was confused to see that I was insured by some other company that they failed to mention. I called them back and requested to cancel, they told me it would take 5-10 business days for a refund and that it would be sent through a check even though they charged me in seconds before I even signed any document. Failed to explain anything and hopefully they return the $500+ that I was charged since I have read that they didn't fully return other people their money. read more

Although it was relatively easy, they charged a $250 processing fee for a $15 title change. A ridiculous amount to pay!!! I was under the impression that it was also covering the tags that were coming due...NOPE, and they didn't explain it at the time before or after charging me, I had to call back later (actually twice because they didn't call back as promised) after I got a separate bill for the tags. They said their fee was $150 (never disclosed prior) and a separate third party processing fee was $100 (also never disclosed). And they don't tell you the total until after the transaction is completed. read more
