Instead of giving us a 30 day policy to pay after 30 days like she said we did. We received a phone call 15 days later asking for our monthly payment. We stopped and said! We just got the policy 15 days ago, we just gave $360 3 weeks ago! So I decided not to pay until I could speak with a manager, nothing was resolved, and all they could say was she input all the information wrong, she lied and said we also had a $500 deductible, but it was at $1000. At this point I was already upset, and went searching for a better insurance carrier. Also be aware that Freeway has all these broker fees, so if you need to make a change to you're policy, you will be charged every time a broker fee, even if it's something as small as changing you're address, they want a broker fee, they could charge whatever they want, it could be $40 or $100 or more or less for the change. I've never had such a terrible experience before with insurance. To charge every time to make a change to policy. That is just ridiculous!! My advice, go with a real insurance carrier, you will be better off, and you'll be saving in you're Purse or Wallet.

She did a bait and switch which is illegal. I had a homeowners policy put together, signed it, and paid for it in full. Then they did a home inspection and came back with something very lame. I had accordion pipe under my kitchen and bathroom sink. No big deal. They wanted it replaced with smooth pipe by 1/16/2023 or they would cancel my policy. I replaced the pipe and sent pictures well before the due date. Kenna kept wanting to cancel my policy and write up a new one. every time I told her not to do that since I could easily have the pipe replaced before the due date. She went ahead and canceled my policy and then came back saying that if I still wanted the $1,000 deductible instead of a new $5,000 deductible she wanted to put in my policy, I had to now also get car insurance with Farmers. That is illegal and I already have really good car insurance. DO NOT EVER GO with Farmers!!! Corrupt and dishonest!
