Funny how they took down my old review about this place. When I was 20 I went here to get my taxes done ( I've never done it myself). Granted I didn't know anything about the proper forms/ process They yelled at me , treated me like a dumb child. The man helping me rolled his eyes and was irritated at every question I asked and so was the one blonde lady who I assume is the owner . They do not accommodate towards people with disabilities, nor is worth your money, it's a scam. Take it down the street to Albert tax guy. WAY BETTER ! read more

The worst experience my husband and I have ever experienced! We were referred by family because they had a great experience but unfortunately we did not get the same treatment! Adriana the owner treated us so poorly and would not let us speak. Their office could not quote us on their fee for filing. They had our tax forms for 3 weeks and there was still no outcome. Hubby Went in and tried to get our forms and they wanted to charge my husband for our forms back. I went in and demanded them back and I was not going to be charged a dime for work that has not been done! I will never go back here! They show no respect unless they know you personally. read more

This place is a total scam!! they charge you a "low rate" to do your taxes and then tell you if you want the IRS to send your check to them so you can get it fast. Thinking that because they are a tax preparing service they are allowed to receive your payments. In reality what they do is they give you your refund in advance and keep over $300 of your refund and then have the IRS send them your refund directly. read more

Best place to get your taxes done! Been coming here for years and great and fast service

My mom has gotten her taxes here for over 20 years. Being a single mother with 4 kids (all who are now adults) there was never a reason for her to question them. They're nice, helpful, would answer the questions she had. Her taxes were never complicated, she worked at the same job, single, head of household with her dependents. Nothing really changed other than less dependents as kids got older and no longer able to have them as dependents. She always gets a tax return due to low income.This year she needed information to help fill out paperwork for my sisters student loans/grants and they had questions. So when my mom looked at her information, one amount was shown as what she would get and they would write a different amount on a post-it what she would be getting (understandable because she has to pay their service, but they should've written in a separate page what their fees were). Instead of a certain amount to prepare the taxes (let's say $100-$400), they charged her $600+ every year x20+ years. So, safe to say they are way overpriced and the price was never consistent. Request a quote. My mom will never be doing her taxes here again. I will do them for her on turbo tax and pay about $150 or less. When she brought it up to them they didn't know what to tell her and they said "Once this is over, we will talk about it" (COVID-19). I must say I have been pleased with my experience here. I had run into some trouble with the IRS due to reasons I will not state here. However I owed a boat load of money. When taking my taxes to Adriana she was very helpful and took the time to see what they can do so what I owed will not be as much as they want. Well after a couple of hours submitting a letter to the IRS waiting a few days I ended up owing 0 dollars!!!! WOW I was shocked and I was able to get my full refund! I was sold on making sure every year I come here to do my taxes. Also as well they offer great DMV services you can get your car tags here so you are not waiting in line at the DMV. Also if you need insurance they will find the best rates for you. read more

Awful service. Adriana the owner hides fees from people. She tells them IRS can send you your check there and she gets it deposited to her account. After 10 days she gives you a check from her and deducts 250 from your refund WITHOUT telling you aside from what she charges to do your form. The people that work for her are not even certified to do taxes! Be ware!!! read more
