I went there in September for quotes on both auto and renters insurance. I spoke with Kathy and told her that I wanted both. I found out over 6 months later that Kathy never issued the renters policy. I spoke with her supervisor Pierre and he made me feel like it was my fault because I didn't ask them to "bind" my policies. I had no idea I needed to. Now I'm stuck with a penalty for canceling my auto policy early because I don't want to deal with their incompetence. Run! read more
