I've been getting insurance through Freeway insurance for almost 10yrs. From my Honda to my new car now. They've always been polite and helpful with my needs. They always have remarkable customer service. I've been to 3 different ones, 2 in Lancaster and 1 in Riverside. All equally great customer service. I even recommended people to come into freeway for their insurance and it worked out well for them. I've been in an accident before, not my fault. I was stopped at a red light and a car drove through the red light. Hit another car and that car ended on my hood. At the time my car was only worth about 3500. I called to let the insurance company know what happened and asked if they could do what they can to fix my car up cuz I didn't want to make payments on another one. They helped me out and made over $6000 in repairs to help me out. Grateful for that always. Sara helped me out with my new Mazda 3 and got me a good deal on my insurance for my new car. Sara was very polite and we had a great conversation as we were doing the paperwork. Great customer service. All the people complaining about estimates, you're going through a broker. It's going to be higher the first time. The price drops after the broker fee. I'm fine paying it, because in the long run it has always worked out great for me. Thank you Sara. I am reporting this location for mismanagement and misleading sales practices regarding commercial vehicle coverage. My family paid over $800 upfront to start a policy with Alondra, only to be told later that our work truck wasn't actually eligible for coverage. While mistakes happen, the aftermath has been unacceptable. It has been over 20 days and our $800 has not been refunded. When we went in person to resolve this, the staff was dismissive; Alondra refused to speak with us, and we were told to call a separate customer service line. Most alarmingly, they are now demanding proof of a new policy to 'cancel' a plan that was never active. This feels like an attempt to manipulate policy numbers at the client's expense. I will be contacting corporate and the BBB to ensure this is investigated. read more

I am not sure how these people got such a high review. First of all they got me an insurance when I had to switch. That I agree. However, I had to pay a hefty fee of about $250. I got the same insurance thgrough AAA without any extra charge. Then I wanted to add another vehicle and that is where the twist happens. The first agent said they could give me the insurance for $580. I had to call back later and then they changed the tone. The second agent said I had to go for an entirely new policy to get the same amount. This I am pretty sure that they wanted to get an additional $250 from me. Completely unethical. This is all in a span of a week. Getting frustrated, I didn't want to keep this insurance and called them to cancel. Then again there fraud mentality comes in and they say I have to go to their agency and do a wet signature. However, I called the insurance company and cancelled online itself. So all in all after the first interaction, they were real bad, unethical fellows. Actually they should re-imburse me the $250 they charged me as agent fee since due to their poor customer service, I had to cancel their policy. read more

WORST INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE (via phone) I have ever had. I called because i noticed my last name was not even spelled correctly, I spoke to about 3-4 people who kept sending me to the main menu after the receptionist had already sent me to it. I told the 3rd guy that i had called 3 times and keep getting sent to the main menu and that i needed to speak to someone regarding my last name being spelled wrong. He gave me attitude said i can only do this in person before i got the chance to say anything he sent me to the menu again!! Now, when I received my bill it was double that amount!! And I went back to complain and her argument was the she just gave us an estimate of how much it would be. Well her damn estimate was about $100 short!! I asked to cancel and she gave me a bunch of bogus on cancellation fees and I wouldn't get my deposit back.
