I came in contact with this business through a referral. I was a client of Ben for three years I believe , even though there were some issues and misunderstandings. I paid over $300 for my taxes with no property attached . Recently they canceled my appointment without my knowledge due to me not sending docs knowing I was out of town. They wanted to charge me a $50 rebooking fee. Then hung up on me when I tried to explain the issue . Ben refused to speak to me even though I had been a consistent client . I don't think this company cares about the clients but more of the money that is coming in. Very disappointing and upsetting. Knowing that tax season is very stressful to some who have to pay the IRS they should have more customer service manners . Do better! I am sure they will respond with a negative. But that's ok. I've been coming TG & Associates for some time now, and every time has been a good experience. Benjamin and his staff are really nice, respectful and really helpful. The office is always nice and decorated for every season and holiday and during the Super Bowl, they also do raffles during those times which is pretty cool. Also, they have a nice coffee station where you could make yourself some coffee, and the coffee taste really good.It's hard to talk on the phone with Benjamin due to him working everyday and doing long hours, but he will always find a way to help you out with your taxes. Honestly, I've been a client of Ben's and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way he does business. I got audited and have been trying to contact Ben for the past couple of years for help since he never helped me resolve it but he keeps dodging my calls. The only reason why I went back is because I thought the office was still part of the Tax Guy Albert branch and had no idea he took the business right from under Albert himself.
