But Toya knew right from the start what I needed to do in order to file for guardianship. Please keep in mind, not many legal processing companies even bother with Guardianship. All I needed to do is give her the information needed, and it was done. A huge weight was lifted off of me. WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT MORE STRESS I contracted Toya, the owner to carry out a simple task. I needed a 3 Days Notice authored and delivered to my tenant. She processed my credit card for 150.00 and told me she would deliver the Notice personally. I repeatedly asked for a copy of the Notice prior to delivery. I never got it. Then she emails me and says she delivered it before my review. Instead of instructing my tenant to send the money to me, she directed them to bring it to her. Hmm? I expressed my concerns with many voice mails, emails and text message but they went unanswered for several days. Still, I had not received a copy of the documents. I call her cell phone after the weekend and it says its not accepting calls. I call her alternate number & she answers. She acts like nothing is going on. When I ask why she hadn't responded to my messages she says, "she was busy." When I insisted on obtaining a copy of the Notice, she places me on hold for 10 minutes before I hang up. I call back and the vm says her mailbox is full. Five minutes later I get this newly created document (confirmed by time and date stamp in the document) as the one she delivered last week. Needless to say that I don't trust this company. I requested my money back and fired her on the spot. I have no idea if she actually delivered the 3 Day Notice. I have to get a real attorney to clean up her mess. "Less Stress" has nothing to do with her business practice. I came to her with one problem and now I have two. I still don't know how much damage has been done. I am in the process of filing a Small Claims complaint against her and her company as you are reading this post. First of all. I can't give zero Stars or I would. I don't even know where to start. All I can say is this place is a joke. We paid them 600 to help with simple guardianship paper work it has turned into a nightmare. We feel scammed. The intake process we gave her all of our information id and I specifically asked if my past would be a problem she assured me We were fine. Fast forward to a week later I ask what's going if I could have a status update. She tells me she needs copies of my ID and some addresses of family members again she took a copy of my ID at intake and was given all address information. Then I press her more after we gave her stuff again I get ignored for a week until finally her assistant calls me and assures me everything has been filed. A day later the courts call me and say it's been filed wrong I three way call them and she says she will fix it. Again papers were filed. I was given second set of papers that were filed and told my court date would be following week. I prepare all week thinking it's going to be simple and easy wrong. Let's rewind to my record. Toya filled out a paper and e signed for me saying I never had a record. Not to mention horrible misspelling in the documents. I appear via zoom and the Judge hammered me and basically accused me of lying. All the while I'm blindsided because I would have never allowed a document to be turned in that says I have no record. Toya claims she didn't know this again it was discussed multiple times. I tell her she has caused me a mess of problems per the judge and she says it's not the end of the world. Are you kidding me. I feel so scammed and angry and mad and upset. Then says oh what ever you can't rewind it. She takes no responsibility for anything at all and doesn't care I now have more problems than i started with and she has still not given me the documents she submitted and signed with out showing me. I don't even know what the judge was reading obviously not the same papers I had. This place is ridiculous and I would use caution before going to her. read more

Helped and communicated with me the entire step of the way, even was on the phone with me while I was in the clerks office filing my papers because the court clerk continued to provide me with false information.
