There is one concern about that a new agent Daisy was at the Hemet location, she was working across from Alisha , since we thought any personal or private information stays in the office because we have the right as long term customers. I don't understand what was Daisy's motive to shared our personal information like that when we had asked nicely that day, it was private matter and us, as customers, we have that right.
