    Very helpful. Nice ladies they are bilingual (Spanish). They know what they are doing and take the time to take care of there customers.

    Absolutely terrible 1st experience at Fiesta Auto Insurance…read more 1st of all, we had an appointment for 11:45 am. My wife and I got there at 11:45 only to find that we would have to wait. One of the associates, Emily, had finished up with a customer but did not immediately call us over. 15 minutes later, she finally said "she could help us out". My wife and I came prepared, we brought all the neccessary info to make the process and quick and smooth as possible. Well folks, not only was the process NOT quick, or smooth, it was as long and rough as possible. There were a lot of long, awkward periods of silence. At one point Emily was inputting the same information for the same vehicle a 2nd time. There was absolutely no dialogue between us and her. 2nd, once we had agreed upon a plan of coverage for our vehicles, it took an hour to get the paperwork going. Again, there was no communication between Emily and us, just a lot of silence. I finally got fed up and asked "how much longer we had to go?" and she said "we were just waiting for paperwork". I advised Emily that "we needed to get going to pick up our kids from school " and she replied by saying "let me just get your signatures on the paperwork". This was almost 2 hours into the process, and we were the only people in the office. Well, apparently there was an issue with the printer that caused us to wait even longer. After the paperwork finally printed out, we were ready to sign and get the eff out. Turns out there was a couple of mistakes on the paperwork. The total amount billed to us was different than what it was showing on the paperwork. My wife's name was totally incorrect as well. By that point we were well beyond the point of caring anymore. We signed what we needed to just to obtain proof of insurance. When it was all said and done we couldn't walk out fast enough. I tried calling their corporate office to speak to somebody regarding this terrible experience but was unsuccessful. I don't know why this process took so damn long. Whether it's a systematic problem or perhaps just a relatively new employee, this needs to be addressed. After this experience there is absolutely zero chance I would ever refer anybody here.

    Piss poor customer service. I wish I could give zero or negative stars…read more Got connected to a man who claimed to represent Redline, and when asked to confirm if they are a partner of Liberty Mutual and other insurance companies (like Progressive, etc), he said yes and asked whether I was an insurance holder or was looking to be insured. I said I was looking for auto insurance and had a LM quote online, but when wanting to move forward with my quote, it said to call an 800 number... and then when calling that 800 number, it said to get a quote online and didn't connect me with anyone to move forward with purchase. Very circular. I just want some damn insurance. I called a local LM branch, which redirected to "Redline Insurance Services", and once I tried to politely communicate all of this to the Redline rep, he hung up on me. I called back, and when I asked again if Redline was a partner agency to Liberty Mutual, he changed his answer to deny that they represent LM, and then before I could respond, he hung up again. He also hung up several more times when I called back. Obviously he's a liar and coward. Wonder who pissed in his cereal this morning. The line says that calls are recorded for quality purposes. I sure hope so with morons like that tarnishing the quality and customer service of your brand so brazenly. If I knew the person's name, I'd blast him here. He's quite lucky. The customer ain't always right, but I damn sure am. Given the other shady reviews here and elsewhere online, I'd stay far away from this smooth brained brand. You've been warned.
