Totally unnecessary business that solely exists to profit and does NOTHING to improve your vehicle registration experience. When I inquired why I was being charged $100 more than what my registration fee was, they wrote back instantly with a long email saying they only charge $30 for their services and that's what I was seeing (they charged my $370, my fees were $260 so that's BS and a blatant disregard of their scamming). The very last sentence of the email stated I had 3 days to reply for them not to cancel. I didn't read past the initial bullshit about why they were overcharging because I had submitted my renewal day of and just left it as $100 down the drain. Well, I'm glad they texted me three days later saying they were canceling because they hadn't heard from me (the last minute renewal and not fully reading the email entirely my responsibility, I own up to that) because I realized I only had a $15 late fee, saved my money, and did not need them whatsoever. When I was worried about the late fee they had now incurred on me (this being right after I had been told my transaction was canceled and I was freaking out that my registration was late now) they told me they pride themselves in customer service and that's why they had canceled. They opted not to take my money because I had asked one question; why am I being charged this amount? I don't think you're doing so greatly at customer service if they didn't bother to look at the fact that they were canceling a registration and thus making it late just because the person asked what the fees were--and once again no correspondence on my part at any time expressing I wanted it canceled. Once again, glad they did that because they are a pointless, scamming service that simply uses other people's money to be the first thing you find in a Google search so that they can over charge the general public. SERIOUSLY, THIS SERVICE PROVIDES NOTHING EXTRA FOR YOUR REGISTRATION, THE DMV ONLINE CAN DO IT ALL IN THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME. The online services of the DMV were instant and I'm legally registered as I await my tags (1 week). Don't waste your time or money with these scammers. read more

We went to transfer a registration and get tags on a car it had a non -opt on it the woman that took care of us said there was not one on it and said it would cost us $ 829 I could not believe it, that's a lot of money She took me to the back to look at her computer showing me all these charges , I asked her to print it out for me she said something was wrong with her printer so I asked if she could e-mail it to me and gave her my e-mail address which she wrote on a post it note , when i got home I checked and she never e-mailed me anything , next day I went to Grand Terrace to a place called '' Goldamity '' the price was $ 204 we were in and out within 15 minutes they said that there was a non-opt on the vehicle , Express Registration were liars and tried to take advantage of us. This place is great I never knew there was a place where you can go to get car registrations done without having to go to the dmv. The guys who helped me were very friendly and easy to talk to and explained what I need to get done I have a 2007 Honda Accord and I had to get a smog done and I didn't know I had to do that I'm fairly new but they explained every thing. I can't even imagine going to the dmv and leave with nothing just because I was missing the smog saved so much time will be definitely coming back!!! I wish I could give 6 stars read more
