But he was busier than the DMV on a Monday and occasionally "forgot" to file things...small details, like my entire tax return. Back to square one. Then, one fateful day, Yelp led me to Hooks & Books. From my first call with Chris to sitting down with Mr. Hooks himself, it was smoother than a sunny day on calm water.
