He could've been kind enough to wave it off but he did not just be careful when asking for anything they might not inform to well and just apply fees to your policy also if my parents are the policy holders wouldn't it be there job to give the ok and then proceed to avoid simple situations like this that is why I'm giving this place a 1 star as of today.
