I'm on a family insurance with my parents I understand they are the policy holders and I just asked…read moreif I could get a copy of my insurance card with my name on it, this was going to be for Uber and they automatically added a fee which is only 5 dollars which I understand to a lot of people it's nothing but when your in hardships right now any bit of money would really help around the house larry applied the fee with out my consent now he's asking for my parents to come by and sign it off when I did not agree to it wish I would've been informed before he just applied the fee this takes time out of my family which they are busy and maybe unavailable to go at the moment. He could've been kind enough to wave it off but he did not just be careful when asking for anything they might not inform to well and just apply fees to your policy also if my parents are the policy holders wouldn't it be there job to give the ok and then proceed to avoid simple situations like this that is why I'm giving this place a 1 star as of today.
