He asked about the registration tags. He was told I had to be present as I was the registered owner. My husband said I had just had recent surgery and it would be difficult me to come in. Didn't matter, I had to be there. My son drove me to the AAA office. They handed the tags and plates to my husband. Did not address me or ask for ID, said nothing to me. My question is... how did they know I was the registered owner, I could have been the neighbor or a random lady from the waiting room. My presence meant nothing, and apparently not needed as my identity was not validated. The service at this location has consistently deteriorated, so sad! Stephanie and Jacob, shame on you!

I think that was her name anyway…read more I called this company today 9/2/26 around 3:20pm in the hopes of a little compassion and understanding, considering we're on the hunt for auto insurance. The individual I spoke with was not compassionate about our situation, although it's a lose-lose, a little kindness and compassion would have been very appreciated. I was met with judgmental remarks from her, as if I don't already understand the situation. "I'm well aware", was my response to her rebuttals and out-of-line comments about our situation. Do better as a human, Cynthia. Do better as a person who needs to be trained and educated on proper phone etiquette, and again compassion, which was warranted, but not received, unfortunately. She ended up hanging up on me in a desperate attempt to get rid of me. Hanging up on a potential client is also not proper phone etiquette. I never once became aggressive or rude, I just simply asked her to remain focused at the task on hand and I didn't need her comments about OUR situation, or her very out-of-line comments. I truly hope the call was recorded and I hope management takes this review seriously because this should never happen to another person seeking help from their business! Addendum: my call was made to your business at 3:22pm yesterday. I don't think you have my cell number, which would have been provided to you had you requested it in a private message. I absolutely did call, how would I randomly know your employee's name otherwise? Oh, and yes, I was abruptly hung up on. I never became rude, defeated absolutely.
