It apparently closes at 8pm but I showed up right now at 6:30pm and it's closed. A branch manager from reseda sent me over here because they're a location that closes late and yet they're closed an hour and half early. Someone was inside hiding as I was knocking to see if he can come to the door. 3rd freeway insurance I tried visiting today and all been closed earlier than their hours posted. I'm happy I came to this place to get my insurance. I had gone to Adrianas insurance first, but I left very unsatisfied because they were only able to get me insurances that would cost me $250 and up. I don't have any record on my drivers license. I don't know what this reviews have 5 starts maybe they will give you a discount if you give them a good review but this insurance sucks. It's true what they say if you get a cheap insurance you will get a cheap cover to your car. Seriously, if you need help to do a claim they will just tell you to call customer services, nothing else. The manager doesn't do anything he will just give you the card so you can call and walks away. My boyfriend's dad got in a hit and run and it's been almost a month and they haven't even contacts us back. They will just tell you to leave a voicemail and that it you just have to wait until they give a call. I even help to call them and ask question but they keep on giving different numbers to call and still have to leave a voicemails. To finish, it's to expensive when signing up. I will not recommend this insurance to anyone. read more
