It apparently closes at 8pm but I showed up right now at 6:30pm and it's closed. A branch manager from reseda sent me over here because they're a location that closes late and yet they're closed an hour and half early. Someone was inside hiding as I was knocking to see if he can come to the door. 3rd freeway insurance I tried visiting today and all been closed earlier than their hours posted. For someone that works 9-5 these hours are inconvenient. read more

I'm happy I came to this place to get my insurance. I had gone to Adrianas insurance first, but I left very unsatisfied because they were only able to get me insurances that would cost me $250 and up. I don't have any record on my drivers license. They told me the reason was because my car had a scratch!! That was very odd. Well I left and I decided to try freeway insurance. I told Jose Salcedo about this, and he was able to get me a very low insurance for full coverage! I left very satisfied. He was very helpful and informative on any questions I had! read more

Faviola Valdez for president! Called to inquire about some car insurance and she was so helpful and extremely pleasant. She understands what I consider to be an integral part of a proper functioning society in simply "treating others how you would want to be treated". She went above and beyond to discuss the finer details of the process, the various options at my disposal, and made sure I fully understood my policy. Felt more like a friend helping me out than someone just doing a job. One of the best, if not THE best, customer service experiences I've ever had. People like her give me hope in humanity and we're so fortunate for their existence. read more

I don't know what this reviews have 5 starts maybe they will give you a discount if you give them a good review but this insurance sucks. It's true what they say if you get a cheap insurance you will get a cheap cover to your car. Seriously, if you need help to do a claim they will just tell you to call customer services, nothing else. The manager doesn't do anything he will just give you the card so you can call and walks away. My boyfriend's dad got in a hit and run and it's been almost a month and they haven't even contacts us back. They will just tell you to leave a voicemail and that it you just have to wait until they give a call. I even help to call them and ask question but they keep on giving different numbers to call and still have to leave a voicemails. To finish, it's to expensive when signing up. I will not recommend this insurance to anyone. read more

Plus, he's a fellow Chicagoan just like me & my girlfriend, so that's always a good note. Hahaha Back to the subject he really did his best to get me the insurance that I am able to afford & it's pretty cool that they are affiliated with about 60 other insurance companies to try a get you the lowest rates possible. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for insurance. Ask for Juan he's a great guy! read more
